I'm starting to think the Boots of the Endless Moor don't exist. T-T Their wowhead page still doesn't have any comments or screenshots like most of the other items from this event. They're the main thing I want now, I've been running for them on 7 characters every day.

They're one of three unique-look items I haven't seen too. Someone did comment on the old boots page that they got them during this event:

It was 10 days ago, so maybe they're rare, or maybe they forgot them when they consolidated the loot. :/

The other two I'm missing are Leggings of the Demented Mind and Gauntlets of the Shining Light, but both are reported as dropping so I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.

I must just be unlucky with those boots;; Good to know that one person did get them though, that gives me a bit of hope.

Taking my baby pally round now - been on holiday so only got 2 days to do this! she got the hammer and an upgrade ring so far...

Wow congrats on the boots!! I still need 3 items and I farm them on 8 toons a day but I’m not very hopeful.

At this point I'm like "ill get it if i get them" mood. eh at least we get gold I guess XD

Well, today's the last day of this. I managed to get most of the things I really wanted, so overall I'm fairly pleased. I didn't try very hard for the leather gear since none of it looked like anything I'd ever use. It's a shame the dragon mace and the plate boots never dropped for me, but I can live without them.

I can confirm Gauntlets of the Shining Light as dropping. I got them on one of my plate toons from one of the non-original droppers of them (Taerar).

I logged in just to go all out with my 17 qualifying characters for everything I could. My Haul:

- Nightmare Blade (For some reason, I had this skin when I logged in for this event and was checking what I needed. Never killed the Dragons during vanilla. One dropped anyways for me.)
- Typhoon (Also had this skin for some reason. And never killed Azuregos during vanilla either. Ended up looting it a couple times anyways.)
- Hammer of Bestial Fury. (Love this for my Green Iron Set, it's smaller than the other hammer I was using.)
- Empyrean Demolisher
- Amberseal Keeper
- Fang of the Mystics
- Polished Ironwood Crossbow
- Guantlets of Shining Light
- Strangely Glyphed Legplates
- Acid Inscribed Greaves
- Unmelting Ice Girdle
- Boots of the Endless Moor
- Circlet of Restless Dreams
- And a literal BLEEP-TON of rings and necklaces.

Oh, and my Blood Elf Hunter also got the Lost Spectral Gryphon as an unexpected bonus.

Is it possible to squeeze in one more run if it finishes at 5am sever tomorrow, if one stays up late past reset? Or today literally is the last day (they despawn on daily rest)

We definitely can in Aus. The game resets at 2 am my time (1.5 hours away) and the event ends at 5 am. I’ve already positioned my toons at the expected green dragon spawn location and I’ve set my alarm

I need one plate piece (the gloves) and one mail (the black feathery boots). Can’t hurt to have one last try.

I hope I got it right that the final dragon location is Hinterlands or I’ll have a lot of travelling to do :p

I hope everyone got lucky with their loot!

In the end I got all the unique looks aside from Boots of the Endless Moor and Gauntlets of the Shining Light. The former aren't very fancy, but I would have really liked the latter. Strangely, despite there being a LOT of unique-look leather, and me not really caring much about leather, I managed to collect every piece of it really quickly; I found mail (which I care about a lot more, having shammy and hunter mains) much harder to get. Ah well, at least they confirmed on Twitter that the event will be back next year!

Maybe if they get a lot of positive feedback then even more defunct NPCs will return for next year's event. I can't off the top of my head think of what else I'd like to see. Any ideas?

Sad I couldnt get the plate gloves to drop.. But otherwise I'm happy.

I'm necroing this thread, since the event is back. The OP lists all the gear with unique transmog appearances (assuming the loot table is identical to last year!)
