You know what? If you look at how the back is shaped, i do believe they were built for saddles.. being a heavy farming community by the looks of it, they'll probably have work saddles on but it doesnt omit them from possible riding saddles

They have been confirmed to be usable mounts, however they have not been confirmed as the racial mount for the Pandarians. So YAY! we get them either way

Sooooooo happy about this! It made me squee in my English class! XD I don't see how it couldn't be the pandaren racial, it just seems so perfect! A large powerful animal to carry large heavy pandaren. Either way though, YAKS, EEEEE!!

I had a feeling we'd be seeing these as mounts. I love them! Especially the black one.

I don't feel as though these will be the Pandaren racial mounts, instead maybe some sort of faction rep grind or something. Either way, I can't wait to get one. :3 I hope the black is made available.

I'm also inclined to think this also Veph, to me they just really fit into the typical "bonus ground mounts" attached to a rep grinds they have done in the past.

Generally even that type of beast is associated too. Ground mount, Hardy, working, live stocky type beasts.

Actually I wouldn't be surprised if they were the panda mount but I don't have my heart set on it. It'd be cool if they had steppes ponies with their cute faces and bristly black manes, more like a wild horse.

If we cant have yak's as the pana mount, i want these guys. Theres art and an already made snowy mountainous environment thats acessible so we can just assume that they came from there ^^ I wanted better looking rams then what we already have but that wont happen.. they'll update the existing models before then probably.
