I checked cause my hunter was in Shola when I xferred her over. No dice on hydras

Ah, I figured as much. :) Thanks for confirming though! I remember how late in the Cata Beta it was until that wave of beasts finally became tameable (Gezzarak, purple croc, etc), so we might have to be patient for a while.

Though it is worth noting only the hunter sees their pets like this, they look normal to everyone else. I finally had to ask when no one blinked at my six story pet.

EDIT: Also when I crashed out with one of my super-size pets and came back, he looked normal. Dismiss and resummoned and super-sized again.

EDIT #2: I have seen giant turtles and corehounds that were not my own, so not sure what triggers it or not now.

Awww :( I would love to have an army of gigantic sized pets attacking. PvP would be a blast with 5 large pets coming at you with that "Stampede" deal. xD The other person would be like @_______@ OHHHH SHHHHH-dead-
