So can we copy transfer a toon to the Beta..or do we have to level it up like everything else

You can transfer a toon over. It'll be the same level as it is on live.

They also have pre-made 85s as well, if you want to try a class you haven't maxed.

You do have limits on how many you can do though. 4 transfer and 4 premade methinks.

i think this count periodically resets during a PTR cycle but im not sure.
