So...I know not all of us are on RP realms, and not all of us RP period. But for those who do...is there a quirk that you have given your pet that has kind of taken off and given the pet a personality and a fame of its own?
Tahlian's devilsaur, Clayburn, gets a beer before a boss pull when we raid Icecrown. I use the PetEmote addon with the random emotes turned off so that Clayburn can "ask" for his treat - though "demands" might be a better word. People have started to notice, and Tahl has mentioned in casual conversation that the devilsaur has his own bar tab down at the Grim Guzzler.
Apparently my raid-mates have started to notice. I've been getting questions in RP about why Clayburn likes beer. It's been a lot of fun, being the belf with the beer-drinking dinosaur.
Mine aren't nearly as amusing as that, but I have noticed that whenever I was on my (NE) hunter around (undead) friends (showing off pets cross faction) that Jia's random petemotes have a tendency to make him start growling. I went with it, so Jia now really hates the undead particularly and can probably sense them around before Sil can.

Ah, I wish I had more Roleplaying experience in the game.
See, I actually love roleplaying...I've been into it since I was younger and used to hang out on the forum-based roleplay boards. I suppose it has to do with me always being an avid reader, and I've dabbled into writing, so roleplaying just came naturally.
I always try to get into an RP Realm, but for some reason I have such a hard time getting into it in WoW. I think it's the whole 'real-time' factor...you can't take your time and write a nice, long, descriptive post...most scenes have to be played out immediately since you're right there and with the other people.
Every time I try out an RP character in game I give up since a) it's hard to find other roleplayers to begin with, and b) it's so different to what I'm used to.
Anyways, regardless of that I still think of my pets as having personalities. I especially love the PetEmote addon for that. It can be curiously accurate sometimes with its randomness, giving pets a believable action according to what's going on then. xD For example, when I was dancing with Taigi the other day on the Nesingwary server, my Serpent emoted that he started wiggling happily. The timing was so perfect it really made him seem like he wanted to dance.
And as for my Devilsaur, Skorn...well I had a commission drawn of him and Veph (the one you can partially see in my signature/avatar), and during the preliminary sketches the artist drew fun little things like Skorn playing fetch with a bone, and wagging his tail...all these dog-like characteristics and I just thought it was adorable for a big, fierce T-Rex. So subconsciously I think of him like an adoring canine companion....he loves doing silly things and being around me, but if it gets serious he can definitely dish out some hurt. ;D
My hunter doesn't really have many quirks for his pet, but my warlock does. Here, I'll post her RP demon descriptions:
--Imp:--
Small, ragged, deformed. Malificient's imp looks like they really had to scrape the bottom of the barrel. His back is hunched and one of his eyes is larger than the other. He seems to wince everytime Malificient makes a quick movement.
--Voidwalker:--
Slinking about, refusing to say any word in demonic, common, or any other language, this voidwalker seems defiant. If he does make a noise, it sounds like meowing or purring. Often purrs and cuddles up against strangers. Malificient denies any allegations saying this voidwalker thinks it's a cat.
--Succubus:--
If someone asked you what you saw, you probably wouldn't guess it was a succubus. Thinly built and fairly flat chested, this succubus wears large robes and keeps the hood on usually. Very shy, if spoken to she'll answer, but with a slight stutter. Her head is downcast most of the time unless she is looking at something.
--Felhunter:--
Barking and playful, the felhunter drops a ball at your feet before being called back to its master. Showing no hint of aggression, it seems to act more like a puppy than anything. When commanded to fight in a battle it usually likes to roll on its back for a belly rub.
--Felguard:--
Wearing an eyepatch and spouting pirate phrases, this felguard doesn't seem very... serious. He often talks about when he's freed, he'll go off and become a pirate. He usually reeks of rum. If he spies an attractive male he often goes to chit chat with them, perhaps buy him a drink. He asks that others call him "Salty Sam," but Malificient ignores this.
So I just recently tamed a white devilsaur on Silinrul. I thought it'd be the powerhouse of my pet lineup, and imagined that it would develop a personality of a vicious killer, barely restrained by my beastmaster-trained hunter's skills.
In actuality, she has developed a personality as roughly the 'baby' of the group. Even though she is not, in fact, the last creature to be tamed (I still have a slot open). She reminds me so much of a kid--eager to please, and totally ready to throw tantrums if she doesn't get her way. And the way the devilsaur attack animations work out, more often than not she's running back towards me at the battle's conclusion with a quick toss of her head, as if to say, "Look, mama! Look what I did!" All pleased and proud of herself, and expecting praise.
Yup. Definitely the baby of the team.

Ah, if only I roleplayed hunters more often. I RP just about everything else.....
But one of my actual hunter pets has a real personality worked out. This would be Frostwing, the vulture. She's... well, to put it simply, an overgrown magpie. Steals everything shiny. Pecks at beads braided into Taureness' hair. Tries to steal the axes from orcs.
My warlock's imp has the most personality of all my "pets" though. Zigtuk reveres her (yes, she's a girl. At least, as much of a girl as an imp can be!) master like a god, and has a very strong stutter. This poses a problem, as her master has no lower jaw, so she must act as his voice. She is also less then confident. Another problem, giving her role. The only time she shows any confidence or lack of stutter is when she gets into a rant about her master's other demons.
I recently tamed humar, and... well... he thinks he's a dog. He even attempts barking...I guess its better than a mouse, but still.
And i tamed Washte Pawne 2 days ago, so i cant really see his personallity yet.
My Spirit Beast, Loque likes to torment my other pets. He'll badger them endlessly until they snatch some food from my bags for him when I'm not looking. He also likes to try and woo any druids that group with me that are feral spec but perfer cat form. And he doesn't care much about gender of the person (cat?) either. Oh, and did I mention he thinks he's human? Despite it all, he's got the skill to mimic human speech and even form sentances from words he's heard before. Causes quite a lot of confusion when people see me having a conversation with him.
-Coughcough-
My other pets are more on the normal side, except for my ooze, who eats everything in existance and my plague hound, who likes to frequently gnaw on any undead who group with me if we're in a lull between fights and steal their legs after the dungeon.
My warlock is another story entirely.
Her imp thinks he rules everything (gets him in very much trouble with the Undercity guards and even Sylvanas one time), her Voidwalker apparently likes to bake and makes muffins/cookies/cupcakes for his master (yes, HIS master), her Succubus hates the whole "seduces men to feed off them" stereotype and is actually quite the tomboy who hates men and perfers women, and her Felhound thinks she's a tiny little lap kitten, which doesn't work very well when her master's legs could easily shatter from her weight.
Well, on my main Hunter...
My main pet, Yume the Wind Serpent, has been through alot with me. I went from level 11 to 80 with her. As such, she is a hardened beastie, and nothing seems to surprise her anymore. Looking at various Bosses, she is generally unimpressed by them, and tends to scoff at them before blasting them with lightning.
Phobos, the Warp Stalker, is a lazy fellow. He likes to sleep. Alot. But when he wakes up enough to realize he's in a fight, he has terrible tunnel-vision targeting. If he attacks you, he won't stop till you're dead, even if I try to command him otherwise...
Ender, AKA Loque. My Spirit Beast is very dull, with next to no personality whatsoever. This has a very good reason though. My justification for being able to tame a demi-god animal is thus: When Har'koa was captured by the Drakkari, they tried to get her mate too. They very nearly succeeded, but he managed to escape, just barely. In the process though, his memories were stripped from him, and he doesn't know who or what he is anymore. He fled to Sholazar Basin, a place where he felt safe. When I came across Har'koa, she asked me to find her mate, and help him as best I could. I located and tamed Loque, so as to help him recover his memory. At the moment, he is still a pretty lost kitty in the memory department.
Faolan the Wolf is very vocal (a barker), happy, and loves playing with balls. He often thinks Bosses are hiding his favourite ball from him, so of course he has to go get it back. He is actually a Worgen hanging out in his Wolf form, so he's very intelligent, if not a little simple. He is able to do things most animals cannot because of this.
OH! I also have a Warlock, with an awesome Voidwalker that I cannot help but love to bits! His name? Jukjuk. Jukjuk is a very... slow Voidwalker. He comes in from the Nether on the shortbus. He can dish out a good smaking, but he can't tell you 1+1. ^-^
Taz'dingu of the Petopians Guild, Nesingwary Server
Well.. Lets see, I have a lot of pets.. But I'll list my favourites and their little quirks.
First of all, theres my Cheetah, Duma, he's a complete goof, and will constantly be trying to grab his mistress's glove or boot and run off with it. He also has a habit of running at random people (whether they be friend or stranger) and glomping them, or at least he tries to, as he ends up missing and flying straight past the target.
Three of my Spirit Beasts have a few quirks, one of my Loque's, Blitzen, he loves to annoy people. He'll try to annoy anyone and everyone. And I mean everyone. See that big dragon over there? Yeah, he'll try to annoy that too.
Then theres Rhythym, one of my Gondria's, she's just a giant flirt. And my Skoll, Voltali, she's just a fiery hothead who'll try to pick a fight with anyone.
Not the most noticeable or prominent quirks, but due to my home server being non-RP (as much as I love to RP, even on a normal server) I haven't really thought up too many quirks for my pets.
I'll probably end up posting here again once I figure out some more little quirks for my pets =P
I usually end up abandoning a pet if it DOESN'T develop its own personality - I've lost count of how many pets I've tried and given up on. I'm not going to list every single pet my hunters have, as there are way too many of them and some of them I haven't completely thought out yet.
Nanyana:
Usva (Ghost Saber) - Nani's oldest and dearest companion, Usva appears to have taken in some of Nani's personality. The two tend to mirror each other's thoughts perfectly, which can result in their feelings spinning out of control. When relaxed, Usva acts like the tamest kitten. She has been known to glomp the people she likes the most, and licking isn't all that rare either.
Savu (Gondria) - Savu is the most independent of Nanyana's pets, and can't stand anyone else than Nani to approach him. Although a lot more powerful than Usva, Savu isn't nearly as reliable: he's really hard to calm down and get to listen to orders he doesn't completely agree with.
Subira:
Hlengiwe (Mazzranache) - Hlengiwe is more of a child than a pet for Subira, so she doesn't use her in battle all that much. Having been found by Subira when she was just a tiny hatchling, Hlengiwe thinks of Subira as her mother.
Azubuike (takk) - Takk is arrogant and aware of his powers. He considers Subira his mate and likes to show it.
Otieno (Snarler) - The ADHD patient and slightly insecure of himself, Otieno wants to be always on the move. He isn't completely happy if he isn't fighting something, standing still is the worst thing for him. When standing idle in a high place, Otieno enjoys yodling the latest news to a certain other wolf.
I've gotten rid of a lot of pets, and some of my newer ones lack defined personalities because I haven't used them much (I mostly have them to show off cool looks.) I'm not going to bother listing previous pets or my draenei's pets.
Arkiss:
Icefang (Rak'shiri) - Icefang is regal and demanding, as befits the Frostsabre Prince. He is mistrustful of undead and goblins (the random growl emote came up a lot when I had them targeted.) He grows bored easily when he fails to be adequately challenged, and like any cat he enjoys attention.
Amarok (Vargul blighthound) - Amarok is a frightening specimen, from his leering yellow eyes to his oversized teeth and flaming paws. He is also the happiest, bounciest, most playful puppy, gleefully running after targets heedless of his own relatively small size. For him the world is a big, exciting place full of bugs to be eaten, tails to be chased and butts to be sniffed.
Coldstar (Warp chaser) - Coldstar, a huge mutated nether-monitor, is like a protective guard dog. In that he will viciously defend his master, fighting on despite overwhelming odds, and then prance back to his master, mouth agape and waiting for a treat. He loves to splash around in the water and can't stand being left out of anything. He has a tendency to crowd his master, nuzzling in beside him with no concept of personal space.
Snow (Spearfang worg) - Snow is vicious and barely tamed, snapping at anything that comes close. He has no love for other humanoids, allies and enemies alike, and mostly skulks about in his master's shadow, eying the world around him warily. He is devoted entirely to his master, though even then he prefers to sit apart and watch, unused to gentleness and kindness.
And in case you should wonder, and in case you should care...on that night of all nights, we were already there.
Daedalus - death ravager - a sadistic buzz saw witha stomach and a twisted sense of humor.
Bastet - Ghost Saber - A regal neatfreak with a personality fitting of the cat goddess, and has no problem spending hours cleaning blood, gore, and hair from her claws.
Oroburos - Ironhide Devilsaur - A fiercely loyal, somewhat clumsy, playful, guardian that finds pieces of half rotted enemies stuck between it's teeth.
Panzer - Agam'ar - A totally devout living tank with a personality that has no problem using his tusks to get the point across.
And I bring with me the quirks of all five of my Blood Elf, Varadoria's pets! XD
Both Arashi (White Lion from Barrens/Winterspring <3) and Taiga (Blue Serpent from Wailing Caverns <3) have deep spiritual connections with Vara, as they always seemingly know what she's feeling. Though dispite some similarities, they are quite different in most cases. Taiga is the quiet and shy one, and usually somewhat pessimistic, he seems to sense danger around every turn, and is always weary and worries a lot about his mistress. Arashi on the other hand is couragous and loyal, he's wise and has a strong sense of justice, and will trust most people, no matter what faction they are, as long as they don't try to harm him and his mistress.
Gahiji (Greenish Warp Stalker from Netherstorm <3) is the typical "tank" pet, being very protective of Vara, though theres a bit of a twist, as he treats her like she's his mate. Normally calm, he's usually not interested in the fares of others, unless it has something to do with Vara, and if it does, he's right at her side the whole time.
Tyrah (White and purple Devilsaur from Un'Goro Crater <3) acts like a puppy. In fact, she thinks she's a puppy, and when anyone comments on the Devilsaur, she'll always tilt her head to them, as she doesn't even know she's a Devilsaur. She's always trying to lick anyone she meets, whether friend or foe, which can get very awkward sometimes.
And, due to some recent events, Fiacra has been retired to being a Tickbird Hatchling, and replaced by a new pet, Hera (The snow white Moth from Borean Tundra). Hera, due to being the former Broodmother of the Bloodspore Moths, acts as mother to both Vara and the rest of her pets. Very attached to her mistress, and very protective of her too. She loves to baby Vara's other pets, which though goes over quite well with Tyrah, due to the Devilsaur's love of attention and puppy-ish nature, doesn't bode well with the others, especially Gahiji, who will swat at Hera with his tail, but dispite that, she still treats him like he's her own little Moth-in-Warp Stalker's-clothing baby.

Shadowflame (Humar The Pridelord) - Luna's first pet and her most loyal. Shadow is known to be a 'Mama's boy' at times, but for some reason he's also the butt of a lot my guilds jokes. .-.
Silverstream (Ghostpaw Alpha) - The Daughter of Luna's last wolf, Runefang, and a very quirky girl. She's also still a rebel like her father was and likes to wander off... A lot.
Miyako (Loque'nahak) - One of the offspring of Loque'nahak and Har'koa... And the only 'sane' one of Luna's pets... She can talk too! <3
Takara (Aotona) - Luna's scouting pet and probably the most 'insane' of her pets. She likes to repeat things people say like any Parrot, but she does it to drive them crazy. XD
Opal (Devilsaur) - Seemingly the one that likes to obsess over shiny objects like my druid does... She's amusing as hell to play.
Im on a RP relm no one really RP's on it tho... well... I guess everyone on a R relm has to Rp once :3
Torame (Humar) My hunting compainion, He was so loyal to me that I could never leave him for a second. He is always ready for anything to come, and attack out of the blue. Torame was my friend since I started my hunting days, that is why I will never leave her also.
Mist (Loqu) My loyal silent stalker. She will hunt with me and go after the most quick reactent prey, and barly make the slightest sound when she walks. When she pounces her prey you know that Mist got herself no competition. She is very sturdy and almost never sleeps, always on her guard, waiting for something to happen.
Ares (Skoll) My Best friend. He will go with me anywere and never let me down. born in the coldest area, tho he is just as strong in hot and sweaty areas. The most firce out of them all Ares will show no merce to anyone that challenges him. He roars durung the night at the sight of an enemy, trying to scare it off, if it doesnt work he goes and fight it himself.
Haku (the white wind serpent from Zul'Drak) My high flying pet that goes with me to all my difficult dungeons, and adventures. Haku will always battle till there is nothing left. He is the most lazy and yet when he is called he comes out of is shell then just goes back in it.
Won't list all of my hunters, just the top three I use pre-Cata:
In Kas's case: Drachenstein was an oddity before and after taming. Instead of wanting to tear Kas's face off, as was custom for his kind, he flopped over and practically wagged his tail before, during and after the taming was over, begging his new master for a belly rub. He's cost Kas quite a few duels as he barely understands what he is actually supposed to do in them, often staring in confusion at the attacking pet, or in recent days, 'tagging' the attacking pet, travelling a short distance and almost 'barking' in a way, somewhat goading the other hunters' pet into a game of chasies. More often than not, the other pet will join in...leaving Kas red-faced in an attempt to explain his strange pet's quirks XD
Drachenstein: *puppy eyes* "Bewwy wub?"
Qendresa was the former Lioness Pridemother, Araga, before Kas encountered her by the purest chance. She's the playful one, and probably is the instigator of Drachenstein's little tag and chase games. She treats the big devilsaur like one of her own cubs, and does the same to Kas. But this loving creature has a dangerous side, for if someone even tries to sneak up on Kas, they get a vicious attack out of her, pinning them down and not afraid to show her brute strength and fury. She's very protective of her new pride.
Qendresa: "I'll see to him. Someone's got to keep the big lug occupied, don't they?" *grin*
Ophios is one of the sireling runts of Old Cliff Jumper's pack - a supposed sireling (possibly third or fourth generation) of the Huntress Lazona's Griefstrike, also formerly known as the Old Cliff Jumper. Being on the smallish runt side instead of this big, proud, dominant worg has turned Ophios into a snide, snarky, jealous creature. He will snarl at anyone who pays more attention to others than on himself.
Ophios: "I'M the one who should be rewarded! I'M the one who should be petted! I'M the one who should be the powerhouse...not that overgrown scaly pup!"
Banshee is the former spider broodmother, Zarakh...and in saying that, is a vicious, hilarious prankster! Her favourite ploy in getting Kas to meet new people is to play dead - she'll hang from a thread of her own silk, lifelessly, until someone or their pet comes too close for comfort. Then she'll launch herself at them in a face-grabbing "hug" and start her hissing sound (her evil cackle). She's Kas's first choice in battlegrounds, mainly because she has a wide open playing field and alllllllll these unsuspecting Alliance to play with...
Banshee: *sss-sss-sss-sss-sss-sss-sss!* "Ohhhhhh, this will be DELICIOUS! One unholy scream of complete bedwetting terror I tell you!"
In Veejay's case: Barkley is the former Alliance pet, Spot. He's a happy-go-lucky coyote mutt with a competitive streak and a playful side. Veejay has never seen him upset, for he possesses a boisterous happiness that is contagious as hell. He'll be the first to welcome a new vanity pet or a new addition to the family, wagging his tail in an expect gesture of playtime.
Barkley: "LetsplayletsplayLETSPLAY!!!"
Quillestra is pure speed and one point eight tonnes of muscle in the form of a Warp Hunter. Despite her physical appearance, this girl is just like Barkley, a playful and competitive sort. But don't be fooled by her playful nature. Threaten Veejay or one of her family and you'll get 25,000 kilopascals of raw power sinking into your leg with razor-sharp needle-like fangs and the fury to back it up!
Quillestra: "Threaten them and you'll be picking me teeth out yer leg for the next six months!"
Facehugger is the former Spider Prince, Rekk'tilac. Coupled with one of Veejay's favourite lines - "Say hello to my eight-legged friend!" - Facehugger will launch himself at the unsuspecting other person, and attempt to lay 'spider kisses' upon them. Most of the time, they get a bloodcurdling scream of holy terror and a bag of gold tossed at them, anything to get rid of them. His favourite pasttime is having his mistress use him as a pillow. There is nothing that will make him feel more loved than this gesture of affection from Veejay.
Facehugger: *prrrrrrrlllll*
Pakhet, also the former Lioness Pridemother, Araga. She's got an odd fixation on anything shiny, golden or sparkly. She will accompany Veejay to her bank vault where she will happily tromp from hours in the gold coin piles and stare quietly at the sparkling gemstones she's accumulated on her travels, almost mesmerised by their glittering beauty. Despite this odd behaviour, Pakhet is a devoted hunter, and will gladly chase down and maul anything fifteen times her size if she gets rewarded with a trip to the bank vault sometime afterwards.
Pakhet: "Sweetie, take three gold baths a day. Trust me."
In Laz's case: Boannan was the former Pride Princess of the Frostsaber Clan, Rak'shiri - now she's more like the former Queen. When she and Laz first met, her unique sense of fun brought back the old Laz that had been buried under tumultuous and personal events. They did everything together until the guild Laz was part of began to collapse. Boannan was caught in the middle of one of those arguments, and fearing her safety, Laz chose to return her to the snows of Winterspring, releasing her from their bond. It would be on a cold, windy evening when these two encountered each other again, and this time, the bond remains steadfast, regardless of guild matters. Boannan is a gentle soul; loving, caring and utterly devoted to her family and to Lazona.
Boannan: "Let us never be apart again..."
Amenti was originally the first pridemother, Araga. Laz calls Amenti her greatest achievement as a Huntress, simply because they shadowed each other's movements for every split second of those three years, and always seemed to evade the other. Lazona had wanted a sister for Boannan, a fellow unique feline femme, and her sights remained fixated on Amenti. Amenti recalls those days as some of her most meaningful, away from breeding and sireing cubs, and being challenged for her throne; Lazona gave her a purpose and taunt her how to be a more effective huntress herself, shying away in the shadows, stalking in the darkness. She and Griefstrike are the leaders of their little pride.
Amenti: "Do you remember being a child? Because if you do, you haven't lost any of those memories, dear one. The wind is a powerful teacher, as is time..."
Griefstrike was the original Old Cliff Jumper, a sire of twelve generations of worg, and just like Amenti, haunted Laz's every step for four years of her life. He enjoyed the hunt against this huntress and the dwarves of Aerie Peak, but very unlike them, this femme dwarf doggedly hunted him, shadowing his every step, watching his pack intently. It was by mere fate that they finally came face to face, and after being bound to her, Griefstrike would realise she understood him wholly and completely. He is old and tired at times, but is still aptly vicious and can tear out jugulars when either the mood takes him, or if someone makes the mistake of threatening Laz and the 'pride'. He and Amenti are the family's pridefather and mother, two very different species sharing a deep bond of mutual love and respect.
Griefstrike: *chuckles softly* "Do you know, I never thought I would still be a pack leader. And yet...here I am...and here you are, my lovely."
Tiberias is the former Lua God and Spirit Beast, Loque'nahak. He is a young buck in comparison to his aged pridemale, Griefstrike, but in saying that, he does not disrespect his elders. He pines for his lost memories, barely even remembering his mate, the Lua Goddess Har'koa, when Laz took him to see her again. He is confused by the relationship Amenti and Griefstrike share, and in this state of confusion, somewhat hating that such love between two very different species can exist. Laz has been trying her best to coax Tibs out of his shell, but it may be a very long time before he will warm to the idea that he has a new family, and new memories to make...
Tiberias: "My name is Loque'nahak. Not Tiberias, not Tibs, not anything you can come up with, Huntress!"
Nightshade is the former Gezzarak The Huntress - Matriarch and Prelate to the Arakkoa's twisted envisionment of their Champion, Terokk. In saying that, she is the powerhouse of the family; two and a half tonnes of pure scaly muscle, over two thousand needle-like razorsharp teeth in that maw of hers and a sharp, spiky tail that can leave vicious gouges whenever someone gets a mite bit too close. She and Laz found one another through a summoning quest and it was a brutal encounter to say the least about it. She took Laz to within a mere inch of her life before the taming process brought the vicious female crashing back down to earth. As time progressed (and after an almost fatal incident involving the Bladespire Clan of Ogres), Nightshade began to warm to her new family, accepting that she was no longer a Goddess of Terokk's will. More years would pass before she would grow so close to Laz they were, like she and Boannan, clearly inseperable.
Nightshade: "Purple with neon green stripes...I tell you what, whoever Freya left in charge of painting us Warpies, she left someone high as a kite painting me!"
[When I write character development, I write essays. I do apologise for yet another wall o' text crit!]
Well, since I did start this crazy thing...here's the rest of Tahl's stable as well:
Daishar(Rak'shiri): Daishar has been with Tahlian the longest...she sees him as "her" Farstrider, and has been jealous of women he's dated in the past. Hopefully, she'll approve of anyone he settles down with long-term. She's very protective of Tahlian, and he of her. She tends to sneak on to the bed while Tahl is sleeping and stretch out beside him. Her name is from Robert Jordan's Old Tongue from The Wheel of Time series, and means "Glory." Daishar knows this, and it's obvious in her behavior that she's proud of herself and of "her" boy.
Tsorovan(Loque'nahak): Tsorovan is also named in the Old Tongue...his name means "Storm." Of all Tahlian's pets, Tsoro is the one with a mindset closest to human, if you will. He's a wise old soul, and often knows better than his master. He's not afraid to speak up and let Tahl know this, either, either pushing him to a certain place with headbutts behind the knees or grabbing a hand in his mouth and towing the Farstrider where Tsoro thinks he needs to go.
Archie(Ursus Mauler): Archie is a big brown grizzly bear...with a sweet tooth. Archie is the reason Tahl always has at least one or two pieces of hard candy in his pockets at all times - if he doesn't get his candy when he thinks he's done a good job, he can get sulky, and might decide to throw his weight around and sit on someone to get what he wants. Archie is also protective of Tahlian, and of the other pets. One of his other favorite pasttimes (besides eating) is doing a passable impersonation of a lumpy bearskin rug in front of his master's fireplace.
Cinders(Vargul Blighthound): Cinders loves to hear what a good boy he is...he's remarkably even-tempered, for a devil dog. He's the first to run to the door and bark if someone knocks, and when he and Tahlian are working, he's all intensity and "drive." His bestest buddy in the world is Coal, Tahlian's core hound puppy. He'll play with the pup for hours, and even allow it to share his bed, a distinction no other pet shares.
I loved to Rp alot when i'd play D&D with my friends, however with games such as Rpg its a little harder to do so. I usually just kinda playout Rp in my head >.< My pets def have personalities and act as such (or maybe im insane >.>)
My Northrend Worg Jazz plays out exactly like my dog of the same namesake. She is very lovable, loyal and gets along with everyone she trusts. She enjoys chasing squirrels, cats and rabbit ( though she never catches them, she just enjoys the chase). Even if i don't have her out with me, she still watches over me.
My Devilsaur ANOMNOMNOM is always, ALWAYS hungry. He eats just about anything ranging from pizza,trees,gnomes.... pretty much anything that moves...i think he even eyed up a party member and drooled once! Though he may seem like a menace, he is weak when it comes to belly scratches and acts like a big doggy . Fiercely loyal to me when i saved him from being eaten by two larger Devilsaurs, he has been through many adventures. I have noticed that he is molting and showing off a lil green in his hide... hmm wonder what that means
So far i only have Rp with those two pets and im sure ill eventually come up with some for my others pets
