I believe you're allowed to tame one of each and yes you can name them. You have three active slots which you can switch in combat (Even when your current pet is dead). You can then swap between your active pet slots and your inactive when you're out of combat. No stable master needed. XD

If I am to believe the youtube comment, apparently you get 4 actives (2 land 2 water) and can switch them (the four) around while in combat but you need to get out of combat to switch what you have in those four slots.

I've been waiting for Guild Wars 2 FOREVERRRR I think this might be the bump to get me to finish more HoM points. Ahaha.

@Jessi If I am correct, to get the rainbow Jellyfish you need to aquire 20 HoM points...which is actually pretty easy. My guild wars name is Birgette Trahelion if anyone wants to add me we can hang out sometime!

The cool thing is, all those HoM rewards (which if you didn't look at my link its all minipets/ranger pets/items/titles as rewards for your GW2 account) is that you can keep working on them/earning them AFTER GW2 is released.

Yeah you need Guild Wars: Eye of the North to get the HoM access, and all the titles etc are spread through all the different expacs/original.
