I downloaded it and I played it for about an hour, I like it! I haven't taken any screenshots yet but I will later..

I don't think so, I got some kind of token from an area quest for the mount, it didnt appear to have any restrictions on it

I love the dragon.
I've been dipping back into Swtor since one of my favourite companions made his return finally in KoFe the chapter itself wasn't anything special but if you had a romance going with him before KoFe it was really sweet.

Ora players can get dragons mounts too. Obsidian (steel blue) and Hematite (clay red?) sand dragons (they look like gator snakes and they hover) from Mariko, the mount breeder just outside ora harbor. She has the 6 faction mounts as well. The human mounts are saber cats, the ogre guys get some weird bull creature.
