Pokemon Switch - Generation 8

Anyone gonna speculate of what Generation 8 will hold for the fate of Pokemon? And features to return or make in the newer game? Me, I would like the option to use the Switch's Joy-Con to toss the Pokeball for better chances at catching the Pokemon. And on the GTS, to fix the gender issues like people asking for female dittos or whatever.
What not to return in Pokemon:
- No more annoying Rotom Dex, talked to much, got in the way of checking the map, etc.
New Eeveelutions:
- Flying Type: Tanookeon (Based off a Tanooki)
- Ground Type: Terreon (Based off Terra for earth)
- Etc
Pokemon Fusion?
- Maybe limited stuff like a new enemy faction utilizes science to make fusion Pokemon like the famous Venustoise.
And allow both Black and White Kyurem to exist in the same game just split the DNA splicers.
