We just don't have any of that yet. ;)
Perhaps you ought to take speculation over to the linked thread, guys? :) It's a little off-topic here.

Well while I wait for my PTR license to get flagged for MoP so I can actually get to Pandaria or play my copied 90....

Do we have any solid actual data on the new pets? Insider data? Not to take away from the thrill of the hunt, but knowing a zone to start in would be a nice lol. Flying aimlessly looking for new tracks without even so much as a hint as to what part of the continent to be on seems like a "needle in the haystack" situation. Maybe a hint? Don't need to point out paths, or what pets they are or anything like that, but maybe a little something to go on so we don't waste time. If Patrannache has taught us anything, even having maps, exact paths, and pics of the tracks doesn't make it any easier.

And do we even know if they are in this early iteration of the PTR? Would hate to waste a bunch of time searching if they weren't even active. Not trying to take away from the thrill of the hunt or rush of discovery at all.

Portent's tracks now lay in the correct direction. Probably want to confirm them all but this is a good sign.

Rockhide's tracks are fixed. They use the paw print, so does Portent... but Hex uses claw... pattern?

BTW i have a SS if someone doesn't trust me on Rockhide lol.

So Hex is the odd one out? I suppose her hind leg is sort of backwards... Maybe it's logical for her.

Stompy now stomps correctly, tracks face proper...

Image

Glimmer is still doing it wrong, tracks backwards (second confirmed 3 toed track backwards). I'd be willing to wager that Savage and Bloodtooth are corrected and Patrannache is backwards still.

Also Glimmer still phases for me in the middle of his path like normal, i have done all JF quests.

Image

Edit: Savage is prowling correctly now, tracks face the proper direction. Also beavers remain untameable, grumble grumble...

Our next contestant is a spry ol turtle who enjoys long walks on the beach and laying down tracks in the correct direction.

Meet Bloodtooth!

Well i have checked what I figure would be the "logical" places for the new pandaria rares. Around each temple, and places like cradle of chi-ji.

And for the dark silkworm, i checked places like foxgrove, silken fields and around townlong where the other worms were. its stabbing in the dark at best.

until more concrete information comes out, I cant just fly around aimlessly. dont even know if the new ones are even in yet.

Sounds familiar! That's all we can do, though....at least when the PTR is up. :| Which it isn't. >_<
