Arcane wyrms now tameable as... serpents!

Edit: They are now beasts, I can target them but cannot interact with them. Can't attack, Beast Lore or tame.

they seem to be redder than the ones outside but that could be lighting.

Yes they are most assuredly a different color. I tamed one from outside and compared. I wouldnt be surprised to see a green one pop up, seems that color would fit it well too.

Mmmm, that serpent appears to be one of the ones that interacts only with the azure drakes who are trying to defend the nexus from the rift rip that anonmalus entered the realm from, i dont think they can be targeted on live and are always defeated and in turn, defeat the drakes in an eternal struggle for some environmental eye candy :3

But i would really love to see the red on an interactable wyrm, it looks pretty heavily saturated but ive always found the nexus to really overpower colors, and blue really distorts certain colors. Atm i think im gonna be torn between white and blue, this is a perfect pet for blood elves! I'll definitely also be taming blue on Rin, and i am extreamly happy to see its from dragonblight, since thats her RP home, being a purposely self-exiled ice troll ^^

Yes, this is all mostly true (see edit), but why would they change to a completely new color if they weren't intended to be tameable? Still just a theory, but it's a logical question.

EDIT: I just checked on live; they are indeed elementals on live (and white). They can also be targeted.

EDIT: I just checked on live; they are indeed elementals on live (and white). They can also be targeted.

Oooooh , they can be targeted? hopefully they'll have some spawn within range and not in combat with the drakes so they can be tagged by hunters!

Thanks for the research, Kalli! If you ask me, the fact that they were swapped from elementals to beasts is especially telling, though of course no guarantee. Still, I hope to see them reachable and tameable soon.

if you go up on Anomalas (spelling?) platform, there are a couple serpents not engaged with drakes. Not sure about range but they seemed close enough.

Also, for what it's worth, I could reach the one I'm watching, except I'm not allowed to interact with it. I'm just on one of the ramps between other platforms and there's a period of time before the wyrm engages.

Hehe, right, misphrased. My bad. 'Tameable' was meant to be the key part there, as in, not simply targetable or reachable but actually possible to obtain as a pet, which of course requires the ability to interact with it. Good to have it confirmed that it's very definitely possible to reach them, though.

I've updated the OP to include the unfound colours as well. There are two: green and yellow.
