(This would actually be an ingenious way to get beavers in as a tameable pet without making a new family just for them. xD)

I second this. It's freaking awesome. My turtle might just get replaced again if that is tamable.

I know most don't want a cat, but I would love a cat still. I don't care for that ghosty porcupine at all, assuming it is a spirit beast.

No to sound super rude, but I think it's a little humorous that Kaliope is telling someone not to sound "entitled." Coming from the person whom upon hearing the news about the new maggot/grub model went and posted a youtube video immediately, effectively stealing the spotlight from the player who actually discovered the new beast... Just sayin'... and last time I checked everyone is 'entitled' to their own opinion at least, which is all the poster was expressing.

I personally don't like the porcupine spirit beast, my fingers are crossed for a raptor, devilsaur, or pretty much anything without that same spectral look. And if all we get in 5.2 is this porcupine, I'll be pretty disappointed. Call me selfish I guess.

Sorry, but no thunder was stolen; I always link to the Petopia threads for breaking news. Credit where it's due, which is on the forums! I can't say the same for other vidmakers who lurk and don't source us.

I'd also be disappointed if that porcupine was the only new Spirit Beast. The turtle would be nice but Spirit Beasts don't have armor, at least not so far.

She links to the original thread on her videos. She gives credit where credit is due.

She posts those videos to help others find the pets, not to gloat about her taming the pets.

I doubt 5.2 will only have the porcupine, to be perfectly honest. As others said, it looks like it just didn't make it into 5.1, which is why it's out of place. I'm sure they had other rares intended for 5.2 that will still go ahead.

If a turtle with that skin is made tameable, I'm definitely changing my Terrorpene to that look.

However, I'm 100% sure it's the model of one of the raid bosses, so it's less likely than the spirit porcupine or beaver.
