Hey guys and gals,
I need advice. I received a lovely long letter from a nature person with a "garden" attached. How do I appropriately respond to it? I was very tickled by the whole thing.

Hmm. Well when I get 'bombs' from other flights or anything from the like, I respond with how my dragons would react to such a thing. Well, at least my 'nicer' dragons would or even how excited some of my hatchlings would be. It usually ends with them waving goodbye happily to who ever dropped off the gift to our lair and then an OOC message in parentheses about how much I appreciate the gift x3

You could try something like that! Really, there isn't a wrong way to respond. Unless you start swearing at them and calling their mother a naked mole rat. That would be the wrong way.

I think the nets would be better if there were some seashells throughout the rest of it, so it's not so plain aside from the front / collar.

But it's still kind of neat, I just think there are SOOOO many other possibilities I'm surprised they haven't made first instead of a fishing net :s

Did they make it so you can't put apparel on hatchlings anymore? I'm finding myself able to go to a hatchling's apparel page still but not able to actually put anything on it.

You never have been able to, it was a glitch that allowed some people to bi-pass

Doesn't matter - I always put flowerfalls on my hatchlings and now it won't let me. I can still use the copy/paste ID into the url trick to get to the page, but nothing else.

I find little enjoyment in FR these days, logging in to do the daily chores of feeding and gathering and then leaving again. Sometimes I stalk the market (wooooolllf caaaaaaaaapes) and occasionally I breed some pairs - a feature I'm slowly moving away from except for projects or popular pairs - and later level and exalt the hatchlings that don't sell. Another task I'm growing weary of since it's so boring and the coliseum broken as all hell.

Basically I need something else to do on the site while I'm still playing with it. Lately I've been staring at the growth of three particular dragons. Specifically their length-to-wingspan ratio. Don't get me wrong, big dragons with tiny wings can be hilarious but I find these three to bother me. Long story short I'm considering starting a project wherein I rescroll these three, starting with Kithren since it's going to be fairly expensive (300k for the PCs and 100k for the mirror per rescroll). The main goal is simply to get them bigger wings, though I am tempted to continue rescrolling to see how big I can get them.

Would anyone be interested to know the results?

It would be interesting to see the results of your project, but definitely expensive. I have so many dragons I love that have horrid proportions I've kind of learnt to ignore their length/width. Especially considering my favorite nocturne is the size of a pebble when in my head she's about the size of at least a coatl.

I'm trying to collect all non-KS retired items and I just need the armbands and speedy now... There's a shady armband for 550k on the auction house, and I have 630k.

To buy.. or to continue saving for Speedy... ;-; I should be getting another 450k treasure in soon which should get me pretty close to the cheapest Speedy.

Words on the Wind mentions a new gem store Tert coming out called Glimmer. It'll affect dragons different depending on species, like on PCs, it affects the belly, horns and pearl. Kinda cool, have to wait and see how it affects them all. Also Paint and Piebald coming soon...sounds cool to me.
