I know I've mentally transposed treasure and gems just because in WoW, 'g' means gold. But -even then-.

When a stunning old dragon is on the ah but it cost 3500 gems .. Oldies are getting more and more expensive

I've given up.
I am grateful to the mafia for the food but it's like applying a bandaid to a broken dam. A temporary fix.
I'm done trying to keep my food count above 80% ... it's been said before..they need to match food runs per day to lairsize, 10 turns do diddly squat in a lair with 150+ dragons.

Thanks Tarn I appreciate that but to keep my food count above 80% I would need a food run like every two days and I won't ask that of the mafia especially since my interest in FR is at an all time low.

Every second day would be hard too...once a week maybe. .. im sorry to hear you are struggeling. .. I remember you from way back when I started myself. .. and your lair holds sooo many pretty oldies. I always admired your lair. I hope they fix food too. .

My food is at 72% and it hasn't been that long since the mafia helped me, I tried to get on daily to gather but the meter steadily tick downwards .. I'm fed up , I'm done trying to fix the crumbling dam with bandaids and some chewing gum.. it just doesn't work

If you change your mind let me know and i make them do a food run for you tomorrow. I'll gladly help your lovely dragon not starve.

I'm also tired of doing the Constant Food Chase. That's literally all I get to do with my gathering turns and it barely does the job if I do it every day. And I don't want to do it every day; it's a chore.

Meh. If I wanna do chores I'll do WQs in WoW. It's at least more interactive and rewarding.

I mean I guess the good thing is you don't have to keep your dragons well fed unless you want the bonuses... I only occasionally have issues with feeding almost 200 dragons *shrugs*

Omfg. How far down a line do you have to go before two dragons with a distant ancestor are able to breed again? I've been struggling for MONTHS to breed a pair with the colors I want but because they share an ancestor gods know how many generations back I keep having to try and find a way to remove them by another generation.

Ahhhh great. Well, I guess I have to get one of them out two more generations, but I can't find a mate for her at the moment so that'll be a few more months of searching. ;_;

I'm having the worst string of bad luck on FR lately. I'm starting to wonder if I'm just cursed to deal with the absolute worst people. Why does this ALWAYS happen to me? *frumps*

Oh, and food stores are running low yet AGAIN. I can't win for losing lately.

People just need to start nagging incessantly on the suggestions thread about either increasing the amount of food per gathering, increasing the points of an item, or making a turn system based on lair size. I have to use EVERY turn gathering one food stuffs or another to feed my 7 pages of beasties. I burn through meat like it's nobodies business. I feel you.

Yeah, I have a lair that eats everything, so :/
I spend 5 turns each keeping my meat, bugs, and seafood up, and my plants lag behind. If I spend 5 turns on plants, something else lags behind. I don't go into coli unless necessary, and brewing takes too much micromanaging for me to remember to do it often. Food is a pain, and one of the main reasons I feel the need to put dragons in my lair on the chopping block .-.

I've honestly given up on FR and the biggest factor is the incessant food nagging. If you have a big lair (and mine isn't even as big as some of you guys') a full day of gathering WITH extra turns is barely enough to fill the hole. And that's if you do it every single damn day. I never get to spend ANY turns on digging or scavenging, it's just food food food. Honestly there's not enough left to FR to keep me there. Sure, I love seeing what pops out of eggs because that's fun, but the babies only ever go for exalt bait (which is a waste really) and I have to churn through their click-centric grind every damn day even if I have other things I'd rather or need to be doing. When the only thing you do on a site is click a button repeatedly it becomes less of a game and more of some kind of idiotic rat behavior experiment.
