Shadow Vale Hatchery

Welcome to the Shadow Vale Hatchery! No, no...not Night Vale. That's a few miles further down the road.

Here are the current breeding pairs that I consider "bonded." If there's a cross you really, really want to see, perhaps we can convince them to cooperate...with certain notable exceptions.


Ophelia and Cecil. And here's their color spread:




Godric and Gryffindor. They will not breed with anyone outside this bonded pair. And here's their spread:



Alberic and Athena. Still a work in progress a bit...Alberic needs Shimmer or Stripes on his wings before I'd feel good about this mating.

Eiddig and Marietta. Also a work in progress, as Marietta still needs wing-pretties. As a side note, Eiddig is my progenitor stud, so if you wish to breed to him, your queen will have to come to him, as he can't leave my lair.

And now, just to prove I don't breed guardians exclusively -

Samhainna and Hallowmas, the sort of the "Addams Family" pair at Shadow Vale. They will not breed with any other dragons. My plan for them is to breed them very shortly before Halloween and boon their nest, so that their hatchlings will have 10/31/2013 as their hatchday.

Marius: Sky/Stone/Tomato. I think Marius might become a Wildclaw later on, as he has nice colors for crossing to an Imperial. Likely Tiger and Seraph as well...

Erika: Sky/Goldenrod/Jade


Tamra: Swamp/Stone/Silver


Achilles: Azure/Caribbean/Leaf


Prospero: Midnight/Beige Shimmer/Green


Vanyel: Obsidian/Grey Shimmer/Crimson


Taver: Obsidian Tiger/Storm Stripes/Coral


Ahrodie: Obsidian Clown/Lavender Eye Spots/Azure


Twister: Obsidian Speckle/Grey Eye Spots/Fire


Fairelady: Ice Iridescent/Rust Eye Spots/Royal


Darvi: Silver/White/Red Hopefully this little fellow will become a Skydancer in future.


LadyJane: Grey/Navy/Teal


Carlos: Grey Tiger/Crimson Eye Spots/Platinum I plan for this guy to become either a Pearlcatcher or a Skydancer in future.


Fuzz: Shadow Iridescent: Slate Shimmer/Thistle


Papillon: Stonewash Tiger/Aqua Seraph/Azure

I'd definitely be interested in a hatchling from your Guardians, particularly the third and fifth pair. How much would they be?

Let me get a nest cleared out, and you pick a pair...and we'll see what they give us and set a price from there, all right? It won't be anything just horrid, especially for those just starting out. Nests should be clear for another breeding next week, as they have five eggs between them at the moment. We'll get you all set up!
