Yes, that's right. One of the Blizzard guys just said The Dark Below was not actually trademarked by them. It was some random person that tried to pass it off as a real thing. It's funny cause they went through some great lengths to do so.

But now we can let it rest with the other hoaxes.

and this also means that the 4chan guy who leaked all the details about The Dark Below is a total fraud that's good at guessing. He got about 50% for Mists, but totally bought the farm on this one.

Well you're not supposed to believe anything on 4chan anyway....xD
