True, but if Proto birds Models/looks can just fit into an existing family, I'm down with that too. That way they don't have to keep adding more families (Less work for them so less likely to happen) and then we still get to tame some VERY cool looking beasties! (Woot Woot!)

I personally feel these guys should be in with the raptors. They appear to be the most closely linked to the raptor species.

Im the only who want new models for basilisks, warpstalkers and tallstriders? I never tamed a basilisk or a tallstrider but if they do new models i will tame one, its a oportinity.

I mean, the basilisks and tallstriders are used all the time, but their models are old and bad/simple. The Draenor's tallstrider concept art is excellent.
The basilisks can be similar to the common basilisk, but they need a new model or HD texture. Warpstalkers the same.

I'm hoping for a new Tallstrider still. Seeing this new Raptor has given me hope- new models are still coming out, there might be a new tallstrider in there somewhere!

I agree Lupis ^^ Been thinking about that tallstrider ... I like tallstriders, but right now their model is just so... well, outdated. A new shiny model would be so awesome.

And who knows, we might at least see new warpstalkers. Since there are some on draenor.

Eh, if they use that new raptor model for the pre-OL raptor model I'm calling Blizz extremely lazy. I really mean that!

That's a good point. I'd be very disappointed if they didn't update the old models with these. I may not like the jaw but this model is certainly better than the old model.

However. Deep down I'm still hoping for updated cat models.

I mean I like the OL model. I'd rather have a updated form of that as the "pre-outland" one then this new one. I'm not saying it's a bad model it's not, I just would not like it as the "form that turns into the OL model".

Oooh I want the green one! No! The red one! No! The blue one! No! All of them! *cue evil laugh*

Also, I'll grabbing myself both a teroclaw and a teroclaw chick now ^.^ the brown version of both models is stunning. Am I right in thinking teroclaws are the same as that boss from ToT? Just with different coloration's? If so, I, grabbing myself one of those golden and brown ones with the gorgeous blue eyes!

I think it's highly unhealthy to squeal as loud as I did this early in the morning

Edit--don't worry, I know what one the teroclaw is! I've counted that I'll need around 20 free stable slots ^.^ that's not including raptors, but it's including boars, wasps, ravagers and river beast which I'm not sure if I'll be taming. I have included all wolf models, simply because I love them, although some might get released. Or not. I doubt it *shrug*

The thunder chick will be mine!
i dont like the flight version much but the black color one is quite nice. Personaly i hate how far back its hindlegs are.
Make it look like it shouldnt be able to walk properly(like some waterbirds IRL) unless it support itself on its wings like Protodrakes and Rylaks.

New raptor models look great!
I hope a coyote update will be in the near future as its my fav wolf model.
The possibility that we may get Gyreworms is awsome too!

While it is very unlikely i always keep my hope up for tameable Frenzy fish and sharks(Moray eels and even rays would be awsome too).
They could be a unlockable tame like with the direhorns and auto get a floating bubble around them like The Talking fish in Temple Of The Jade Serpent(and many minipets).
If they could make a fish out of water viable in a dungeon they can do it again!
We have so many land and sky based pets but the ocean is barely picked from Q_Q

While this feature of the Grimtotem Spirit Guide wasn't exactly intended... - it will still be possible in future for everyone who wishes to tame this NPC to do so
