Dire Humanoid

So I was out in New Nagrand, and came across this... Dire Beast summoned a humanoid. I use Dire Stable but obviously don't have this tamed, so that means it pulled from the zone. These are in the Cerulean Lagoon (Cerulean Snapper, which are humanoid). I don't know what makes less sense: Dire Beast pulling a humanoid, or me being in Nagrand.
