So while in LFR, I saw a green ghost owl that looked like Ban'thalos circling above a boss while we were fighting it. It occurred periodically, but it wasn't a pet. It wasnt targettable and wasn't with the other pets attacking the boss. It was above the boss and appeared to be circling for a few seconds.

I checked talents and couldn't find it. Anyone familiar with this? Trinket?

What raid was it?

Wowhead might have an idea if it was a trinket or part of the raid.

It was the LFR fight against Guarm. I've done it several times on multiple characters and only saw it after 7.1.5 on my priest. It had to be some kind of new proc or ability or spell effect or something.

Only thing that resembles Ban is the battle pet and Dori'thur <Tyrande's Companion> so it might be an artifact thing for your class or one of the other players still it is cool.

Yeah its boggling! I figure its a proc that uses the model graphically. I asked in the raid when it happened and they said a hunter talent, but when i checked my hunter, i saw nothing of the sort.

Kills me I didn't screenshot it but it really was nothing more than the Banny model circling Guarm for a few seconds lol

It sounds like the Sentinel talent for MM to me!
