ok, I has another problem. There is this guy, he drives around my bus stop. he doesn't do it once, but 6 times+. when ever he comes to the end of our loop (where the bus stop is) he takes forever to turn, and do it all over again. he doesn't do it every day, but he does it enough me and my fellow friends (who also are at this same bus stop) wary. It was really bad, the day I was walking down to my stop, and he slowly down to a snails pace to go right by me. It spooked me and my friends out. we do not have his license plate number yet. a couple of my friends parents drive their kids to school, if he shows up. the main problem, both my parents leave early in the morning, before I leave to go to my bus. currently, out of the 10 of us that are down there, 5 of us get driven to school if he shows up. I'm afraid (and this could really happen) that soon I might be the only one down at my stop on the days he shows up. I really don't want to be kidnapped. I have a breathing problem if I run too much, or to fast. I know how to fight back, but I'm a simple middle school (gonna be high-school next year, a freshman) girl, so I can easily be over powered. Help?

Get the licence plate number, a general descript of his appearance and clothing, details about the car, anything and everything you can get on him that you are able to see and report the behaivor to the cops and let them question him and possibly set up observations if they deem necessary. Just dont talk to the cops anonymously if you can help it, meet them at a location away from the neighborhood if you must but they will probably much prefer a face to face conversation rather then an over the phone one for the details necessary and it could allow them to get the crackdown on him faster.

He drives a basic blue car. Looks brand new, no dents in it, looks like it's fresh out to the dealership. It's one of the newer type of cars too, probably a 2009 Nissan. We (everybody at the stop) don't know what he looks like, only that's it's a male. he has slightly tinted windows, tinted enough that we can't get any good features, just a basic body shape. he has nothing hanging from the mirror. He hasn't been back around since the day he drove past me, but then again, he comes randomly. so days, it's one day right after another. other times, it's nearly a month before we see him again.

I can't imagine any responsible parent allowing someone else's kid to be in a bad situation; would definitely do that, especially if getting his info to the cops doesn't lead to anything happening.

aww, thanks guys. We do have an plan set out, should he get out of his car, but hopefully it won't come to that.

Maybe a bit provocative, but when you're in a group, snap a couple of photos with your camera (assuming one of you has one)?

That could cause him to take action, but if the group of friends is remotely big, 3+ or so, I can't imagine him trying to do something. Anyway, if I were you, I'd do all of the previously mentioned stuff, and I'd carry pepper spray, and/or a pocket knife or something.. Hope it is quickly solved and that he stops bothering you.

Pocket knife could get people in trouble if they're going to school, but pepper spray is normally allowed (check the rules!).

I don't know if pepper spry is allowed, I'll ask the principle (I've told him about our situation.) I know a friend of mine is carrying a slingshot, should she see him driving around. Our group is about 10 people, but, only 2 of them are boys, and they both get on the high school bus, which comes before ours does.

First, full stop, I would get his license plate number and report everything you can to the police.
If you do not feel comfortable doing this yourself, have your parent(s) do it for you.
This kind of behavior needs to be reported even if all the police are going to do is question them.
You would be surprised what people will tell police officers when they are questioned.

Also, if something does happen, parish the thought, they have a prime suspect because of the report. Even if you are only aware of him doing with your bus stop chances are he is doing this elsewhere, so you should report this to the police asap.

Not to scare you or anything, but this is definitely suspicious activity and needs to be reported to the cops.
One other thing, if the police go and talk to him it might just stop his activity right there. He might just be some weird guy and the attention of the cops to what he is doing might scare him away.
