Thank you Tarn.

Just for clarification, I'm not cancer free (yet). I'm only in remission. This means the cancer is shrinking or it has diminished enough to be insignificant in my scans. I think there may have been some confusion when I announced there was no evidence of a secondary cancer such as leukemia or lymphoma.

If you're researching stretches that might be beneficial for you, you might find this book useful. My myotherapist recently lent me her copy, and it's got good coverage of muscle groups. Regardless, I hope you find something that works for you!
