Thread of Accomplishments

So, one of the other forums I frequent has a stickied thread in their forum where everyone can post day-to-day achievements or cool things that happen. Sometimes you feel like sharing things that are awesome, but they don't quite merit creating a whole new topic for them. Therefore, we can post them here instead. :)

I'll start with my personal favourite of the day ;) :

Uh. I made a nice mage spec for myself on MMO champion's talent calculator. That's about it so far. Goal was to have something fun to solo and PvP with.

Last night, on my shaman. I had two heroics (with the same PuG Paladin) who pulled 4-6k DPS depending on the fights. He was good. Also a dual-wield DK tank that wasn't bad.

Last night after I showered I found my husband and said, "I have good news and bad news! What do you want to hear first?"

"Tell me the good news first," he said.

Me, in an excited voice: "I no longer have to wonder what as asthma attack feels like!"

"That's the good news?! What's the bad news?" he asked.

Me, in a resigned voice: "I no longer have to wonder what as asthma attack feels like."

Yes, I had my first ever full-blown asthma attack! (Or at least the first one I recognized.) I'm have an appointment with my doctor to talk about it later today.

(Hey, it's a kind of accomplishment!)

Asthma is definitely not fun. My Mrs. and two little ones have it and it's always a punch to the gut to find out the hard way they're allergic to something new...

Today's accomplishment? Number one son said he was having trouble with a "kray-ken" in LBP... So I whipped out Pirates of the Caribbean 2 and showed him what krakens did to tasty pirates. He was satisfyingly impressed. 8-)

Having a son is great having a son with a brain-pan like mine...disaster

It's a very long story that involves alot of science and family history but lets just say I will be pleasantly surprised if all he does by the age of 8 is smoke.

I think mine was getting LOREMASTER title... Geez that's a hard one to finish.. the hard part is I've been playing this game now for almost 5 years... So I had to go to each area of each continent and run around and find all of the quests I either missed, passed on, or couldn't finish when I was of the lvl to do them. The somewhat new feature from a few updates ago.. Low lvl quest finder helped out bunches.. But in the end it was just shere determination to get it.. Hardest area to finish: Kalimdor; way too many quests on that continent...
And Mania; I hope you get good news, and it's an easy to take care of case

My acomplishment is finally getting into the "less than twenty quests to get Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms" stage.

The bad part? I can't find anymore quests! (That don't require me running through the god-forsaken thing they call LBRS, anyway. >c)

Today for the second day in a row, i have failed to recieve a password reset email from Blizzard which means i still can't play WoW for atleast another 24 hours (Because Blizzard have THE best customer Support service. I mean, what other companies take atleast 24 hours to send you an email, take hours and hours and hours to reply to you in-game in which time you have fallen asleep, always have clogged up phone services AND forget to actually send you a password reset email, but still send you the satisfaction survey even though they haven't helped you in the slightest).

Way to go Blizzard...
