That seems like a correct guess.

I kinda love it, I'll be honest :,D I never really clicked with how big and chunky regular corehounds are, and as silly as the single huge head looks, I like this sleeker and toned down version of what a corehound can be. Definitely my immediate favorite aside from Chromaggus.

Blizz might make the core hound a pet unique to Dark Irons, similar to what they did with Voidstalkers and VEs.

I personally really like it, but I get what you mean. I think we're just so used to it being a hulking two-headed animal that this, being the opposite, looks strange.

I love it! So much nicer looking than their two-headed brethren. <3

I think if it actually had a neck instead of HUGE EXTENDING HEAD then body.. It'd look a little better.
A lot of creatures are going the way of the NONECKALLOWED.
The armored version makes the no neck thing a little less noticeable though!

Siggy under construction!

That kind of how they have always been, but their collar covered it up. These ones aren't wearing a collar so it is easily noticeable now.

Still looks a tad oversized to me tho! It's certainly rather jarring, but also I can dig it!

It uses either the old coyote skeleton/animations or those of the cat/cat form. It has a dance animation listed, which both the coyotes and cats have. Won't know for sure until the animations are fully implemented. :)

It's hard to tell from the T pose alone, but it looks like it could be the worg skeleton, the same that's used on the Illidari Felstalker and Draenor wolves.

I actually like it, though it looks more alien and less hound to me. Interesting design, at least.

It's not a (Dark Iron Dwarf) Core Hound. It's a Dark Iron (Dwarf Core Hound).
