Battle for Azeroth Release Date
In a press event earlier this week, Blizz announced that BfA will be released on August 14th! The pre-patch will drop aprox. 4-6 weeks prior. Dark Irons and Mag'har will be released at launch through the War Campaign, but Zandalari and Kul Tirans will come later. This Alpha will last longer than most, but Beta is soon.

Cool to know. I wonder which things are going away at BfA launch and which are going away in the pre-patch. Depending on that we have either ~3 months, or 4 months and a week to collect them.

I would play it safe and assume the former. If it turns out to be the latter, even better.
The pre launch event will consist of the Burning of Teldrassil, the Siege of Undercity, and WQs on Darkshore.
Update: it looks like things need to be done prior to the pre-patch, which could come as early as late June. Here is a guide on Wowhead about what needs to be done.
