There are currently three as of right now. The first is the V-300 Sentry, which uses the orange mech wolf variant. The second is P4-N73R4, which uses the black mech tiger variant. And the third is Sabertron, which uses the copper-black, gold & grey, green-grey, orange-grey, and red-black variants (five separate mobs).

Something I forgot to mention. Currently, we cannot tame mechs since we cannot (easily) get the item that allows us to. Once Character Copies are available, then we can :)

Oh! Good point.

No, but they should be at some point. I highly doubt Blizz would choose not to make them tamable.

Here is Sabertron! Currently is a bit bugged, so it doesn't always spawn (has been this way since it was implemented). All of the other mech tigers are list as tamable in the DB, so it's possible that the tiger that spawns is random.

Did a gnome hunter help you get it?

Yeah, it's rather bugged right now. Either it won't spawn when you kill the lead Tech or it just spawns the red. I've put in a number of bug reports on it. Hopefully something will be done about it soon.

Where is it located and how do you tame it?

It is located in a cave on the largest isle in northwestern Stormsong. There is a goblin technician that is programing the Sabertrons, and when you kill him, one of them activates. You tame it then.

No special tricks like having a gnome to tame it or having that thing from Legion allowing non gnomes ability to tame?

Yeah, since it is a Mechanical, you have to either be a Gnome/Goblin or have the item that allows other races to tame them. Outside of that, there isn't anything else :)
