(Ubuntu) : The operating system, it's a Linux dist.
mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8g Server : Some technical info, mainly that she runs a version of SSL called OpenSSL 0.9.8g.

Got this again about 5 min ago as the site timed out. I keep forgetting to check the main site when it happens.

Yeah, me too. Plus another 500 on Arcania and a 503 on Petopia at the same time. Our server admin hasn't responded yet but I know he'll be on it fast. He runs a forum off this box too.

Ugh. It's a problem with MySQL disconnecting, probably due to too many queries or a query that's taking too long, and probably from Warcraft Mounts. In either case it's on my end, which means that I will be spending today debugging.

The debugging info I had was worthless -- someone killed the slow log by accident and I can't get the situation to happen again while I'm using the workbench tool.

So! Please go ahead and post here as soon as you see this happen again so we can grab the new slow log at that point.

And hey -- I'm sorry this is taking so long to get pinned down. I know it's really annoying to have the site die like this, even if it does come back eventually.

Ran into one of the 500 errors just a few moments ago. The forum seemed to be down completely for about 5 minutes or so, no pages would load.

That's happened for me several times each day the last week or so.

They just poofed for me again, lasted about 10 minutes this time.

But I was writing pert 3 of my story, so I didn't really suffer from it!

Just had the server blow up on me. Got a 503 and timeouts.
