I'm definitely in agreement with the color issue, which was the focus of my post. I'm with Cialbi that I don't see the size difference, but I will check again.

17 MIA Pets Found
A number of rare pets went missing when Azeroth shattered. Many of those pets are slowly making their way back to their old homes.

Some of these may be available on the love realms already. Sometimes it's hard to tell with rares.

I know it's just a nitpick, but it made me giggle. I think it's supposed to say "live" instead.

I think that's also mentioned on Vephriel's thread about 4.0.6 changes

With the exception of a few things that need a little more in-depth work (which I PM'd myself about so I won't lose the reports) I am caught up to this point. (Although the changes won't go live for a few hours yet.)

Something to mention with Deathmaw: unless things have changed since the PTR (which is very possible), when tamed, he barks when clicked. Not the little yappy 'wolf bark', but a nice, full worg-sound.

I've been considering picking him up instead of Timber for this very reason, actually.

Also, Rustberg Gulls are not level 85. They are level 1-5. As in, yes. You could take a level 10 hunter there and tame one.

Whoops! Another I see: The Razza is a rare. Not a rare elite any more.

In live 4.06, apparently the Silithid Harvester is level 34, not 24.

Oh yes! Humar is also no longer elite and his level dropped to 18.

the Venomscale Spitters (which both Wowhead and Thottbot don't believe exist for some reason) that live in the Khartut's Tomb / Obelisk of the Stars region of Uldum are in fact levels 83-84, not 85. They are also rad as hell, which is great, because brown is the best color anyway, and now I don't have to waste my life looking for Madexx

I can confirm that the Venomscale Spitters are level 83-84.

Not sure if this was mentioned anywhere else (I did a search, but got no results, so I figured I'd post): there are new beetles in Uldum. "Sand-Husk Scarabs" For some reason I couldn't even find them on WoWhead, so maybe I'm missing something here.. Anyway, I took screenshots, they are tamable and appear to share two skins. I don't know if they switch between them because my hunter is not yet high enough level to tame one. The ones I saw were levels 83 and 84, and were mostly scattered around the NW side of the Obelisk of Stars, but I also saw one in the desert north of Ramkahen, near the base of the moutains and close to the river. (Sorry for the poopy quality screenshots and messy UI )

I don't know if anyone had reported this yet, but when I tamed Olm the Wise a few minutes ago, he was level 48, not 52 like it says on the site. I didn't think to grab a screen shot before taming, but here's one after the tame. I'm level 54, so he was auto-leveled to 51 after the tame. Sorry for the small size. I don't know how to get bigger screen shots from WoW.

They were mentioned in the PTR thread.
They're non-boss wasps with Huhuran's skin.

A small correction I see: Rema (Wolfskinblack) is green to Horde, and therefore (unless there's a way I don't know yet) untameable to them. She's an Alliance-only pet.

Also, because it was never stated really clearly: the Brood Of Anzu is no longer a carrion bird. It, as well, is a Bird Of Prey now.

As of today, Rae, the stable master's bear pet at Firebeard's Post in Twilight Highlands, seems to no longer be tamable.
