Rhinos Lovers rejoice Icehorn and Farunn tameable in PTR

Well we all know of Icehorn, that rhino on the achievement that noone could tame so just killed for the achievement. But now he is now tameable ^.^ Was quite surprised myself... I for some reason always check on the poor guy and this time I could actually tame him!

oh as well Farunn is now also tameable! For some reason he never was but now you can tame the bad boy ^.^

o this one is of my hitting tame beast, then accidently clicking it off do to freaking out lol

and my newly tamed boy ^.^

Clefthooves?! You guys are thinking too small.... Wouldn't Thunder lizards be cooler? I seriously don't know why these, kodos and clefthooves aren't in the rhino family, as it has so few skins.

On a side note, did they finally take the elite tag off the not-really elite rares in Northrend ? Icehorn doesn't have it in that pic.

I know this is probably an incredible far stretch, but can you use the pet abandon macro to get Icehorn to keep his awesome glowing feet, or did they finally fix that macro so it won't work? I have no interest for the rhino family due to lack of anything interesting, but I'd totally tame a frosty foot rhino.

hehe was just going to post a similiar question ^^ going to see if i czan find on life to see if it persists through dead

never mind seeing the screenshots on wowhead will prolly mean that he doesn't

Tried it today, the problem with trying to get a rare appearance buff is that there's a good chance of losing the pet altogether and having to wait till his next respawn. XD

I missed him.

This is excellent. I love rhinos but have trouble developing a bond with pets that I don't deem to have much "character" to begin with. Up until this point, all tamable rhinos have pretty much just been unnamed and boring.

I have fond memories both of Icehorn and Farunn (the latter would keep me company on long Krush camps).
Yay now I'm excited!
