I'm just curious if anyone would be interested in doing this. We'd have to research the lore and provide links to it etc..but only a few of us really play Rift so thats why I asked. I think it could be really fun honestly...

Doesnt it though? I'd roleplay Lakcaj - would need general history and stuff like that but I only know of a few people us included who would want to do this.

Alright, there's been interest expressed in this (I believe Tyger mentioned something like this a while ago too), so, let's try and get some brainstorming going. What do we want?

Personally, I think something like two groups (Defiant and Guardians) plotting to take down some high-up in one of the dragon cults, while fighting / allying each other would work. It's generic, but pretty open to allow for a great deal of randomness too.

That could work yes but which cult? There are so many.. Though Alsbeth and Regulos seem the obvious choice since they are the most dominant/central.. Dunno if she'd be a good target though since shes so powerful.

Thats what I thought BUT which cult are they under? Perhaps they are Alsbeth prized first underling... Maybe..dunno though

I'm game to attempt a Rift RP. Although I might need to make up a character that isn't stealing one of my WoW names.
Actually, my mage could work.

Anyway, I'm game for Sat's idea, I think we'll just need to research some of the known Rift cults since the only one I know of is the Endless Cult in Freemarch.

Yeah, that we can do. The way I figure this will be like the WoW RP, with the difference that it's in the Rift world. We still do need to get that story fleshed out, though, right now all we've got is a basic skeleton of an RP.
