I can't get pet emote to work, I've downloaded it, the editor, and the other program you have to dl to get it to work. All files have been extracted to my wow addons folder and they are showing up. A little icon for Pet Emote shows up on my desktop but when I click on it it either says wow is not downloaded on my computer or pet emote isn't. Neither of which are true. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

You don't need to have the editor and the other program (I presume the .NET CLR) installed in the WoW folder, I don't think. Does the addon show up in the game? If you type /pe <return> does it say anything>

Hey guys -- it's me again. I haven't been able to get PetEmote to work since Happiness was removed, and now with 4.3, I'm getting unbelievable amounts of errors. It's sad to see Jorna go, but I understand completely, and all I hope is that PetEmote will be able to work flawlessly once again, soon. I thank you all for your hard work, and I miss my pets talking to me. <3

Yep, the one from the site. As soon as 4.3 hit, I got so many error strings it was impossible to play with it on. =/ It worked for my mage, DK and warlock, but would refuse to work for my hunter before that, and gave me error strings about pet happiness. I don't know what's going on with it.

I posted about this in another thread not knowing about this one. Currently, PetEmote causes the game to freeze randomly in at least Orgrimmar and Dalaran. Does not matter if hunter or not. I've had it happen on my hunter, locks and dks. Outside the city, fine....yet once I entered, could not go 5 steps without the game freezing and having to ctrl-alt-del and use the task manager to end the "non responsive" WoW. Took trial and error but once I went through all my addons (and reset them after deleting the 3 folders Blizz always mentions), and resetting my internet 3 times, I figured out it was PetEmote. Until it gets updated, I have to have it disabled. Not even the "load out of date" gets it to work. Yet now with it turned off, no freezes at all.

I just hope someone picks it up as I miss seeing my pets do emotes. I am not skilled enough at coding to do it myself so have to wait for someone more knowlegded than I to bring it back to life. Thanks in advance to anyone who ends up doing so.

I wish I could help Kera, but I've had zero issues with PetEmote, and I run it constantly.

Oh. Oops. Well it wasn't working for me anyway, haha. It said PetEmote Warlock, so maybe someone did an update for only warlocks -- however, when I tried to go to the site on curse, I got a 404 Error. I thought someone had updated it to make it usable again, so I jumped at the chance. >:

ZOMG. I fully reinstalled PetEmote, and IT'S FINALLY WORKING AGAIN!!!!! I'm SO happy!! I could cry!! I've been without it on my hunter since they removed happiness, god knows how long ago!!
