I decided that my Night Elf Hunter, recently 85, needed Ban'thalos! :lol:

So, here I sit on a tree....

For...6 hours so far! :P

Come on, Banny! Come home with me!

Banny is eluding me so far. I don't know if he just hasn't spawned yet, or if I just had bad luck and he got grabbed during little breaks for instances now and then or something. :(

Banny is finally mine!

Thank you to Jessibelle for the help! I was so freaked and tired, I was on the WRONG tree! :lol:

Some false starts, but then I got him!

This long camp also got me Ankha and Deth! Jessi helped me with that too! :D

Never did get landing on the tree bit right. My friends and I did the ole... fly up, dismount, shoot fall, disengage, feign into taming hunters trap.


and yes.....its as painful as it sounds :/

That...does sound painful....

A trick for next time, use X to lower yourself down and look at yourself from above so it makes it easier.

Ya'll are gonna' get mad at me, but I solo tamed Banny such an easy method that I actually jumped up and down in disbelief that it worked.

I placed my trap on Malorne's head between the antlers. *cough* no disrespect...promise...

Flew STRAIGHT up, conc. shot Banny
Hit my parachute cloak
Hit escape to stop my autoshot b/c I'm lazy
Landed in my trap and re-targetted Banny
SHOCKED he came down and froze

..... tamed

*HAPPY DANCE*

SO! Hopefully this will be easier for others out there trying to do the same thing and can't seem to land in the tree for the life of them. Like me lol that tree gave me more frustration than Loque...
