Can any answer the question that in this patch 4.3 do hunters have the ability to display quivers or have blizz killed that too. Does anyones hunter display one??

They havent shown quivers on peoples backs since they removed the need for quivers as bag slots.. (unless ive been totally oblivious to it these past few years XD I wouldnt put it past myself) i had a bow last night when i logged in but after a few quests i found myself a better crossbow, dunno if crossbows ever gave the hunter a quiver on their back but i definitely dont have one now.. there isnt a display option either in the interface :/

I use a bow and I don't notice any quivers, including on alt hunters with the heirloom bow...I thought they got rid of quiver animations some time ago when they got rid of quivers and such?

Well last time I checked I could see a quiver on my night elf huntress, using the Ancient Sinew Wrapped Lamina

You could see a quiver even some time after they made them into bags. And not only the sinew one either, I had one of the other quivers showing. You only had to use them as bags with you, not bank-bags. No idea when they removed it though, don't know for how long they actually showed.

I remember them as being quite glitchy in the end though, and my screenshots confirm this. One hour the quiver was there, the next it was gone.

Edit:
I have looked through the screenies I have, and the quiver was on the back more or less from around 2011-02-01 - 2011-03-31, I still have them equipped and always had since they became bags, and this is the last time I saw them. They became bags around 2010-10-25 but I think they were only visible on the login screen, atleast 2010-11-24 I could see it on the login, but not on the character ingame.
A good thing to point out, is that the first time the quiver appeared on the back, my polearm were bugged and sheathed as a one-hander, on my side. Dunno if that had anything to do with it or not..
