I imagine a system where u "learn" an item look/outfit the same way u learn recipies in tradeskills.

The transmorg "tradeskill" book should be diveded into cloth, leahter, mail, plate and the various types of melee and range weapons

When u have completed a look u could save it into the "tradeskill book" so it´s not taking room in the banks.

The book should be accountbond so lets say my druid could share transmorg look with my rogue.

Each class could see the different learned outfits and then choose to use them.

Just a suggestion to make more room and make transmorgging easier...

I have 15 sets on one of my hunters and i love grinding gear but i hate to have to grind it twice

I made a post about it in the MOP forums.. hope u will back it up

I love this idea honestly. Id love to have my shamans xmog for my hunter and a couple of my hunters for my shaman but theres noo way Im grinding for them again lol.
I have 5 gear sets on my druid and adding her xmog set in I have 0 room left in my bank or void storage.

I've been finding transmogrification to be a double edged blade - on the one hand it motivates me to level my toons and grind for new gear, but on the other hand after past experiences I've become too paranoid to delete anything, and so my bank fills up, then my bags, until by the time I've got the set I want, I'm also down to my last half dozen slots. Meaning that while my toon now looks the way I want, I feel like I can no longer play it due to no more bag space...

On the other hand I realize there are parallels here between limited bag space and limited stable space, where physical disk space is a consideration - so I would do something a bit different:

1) Make it so that you can mog from stuff in your void vault, without needing to physically withdraw it - void vault is right next to the mog guy, so it makes sense.

2) Add a few tabs to the void vault that are *only* for mog items; they hold a lot more slots than the normal tab (like 2-3 times as many), and the deposit fee is much smaller than for regular void vault storage, BUT there's a big tradeoff - once you place it into a "mog tab", it is essentially discombobulated down into swirling nether and is now *only* usable as a mog source (e.g. you can never equip it again as actual gear). And GMs would have strict instructions to allow only one mog tab item recovery per account, as a "learning curve" allowance.

You know I was thinking about this some more, and I came up with something that would solve at least part of the problem without consuming one iota more disk space -

1) Many if not most of our vendored mog items were quest rewards

2) They *already* track which quests we've completed

3) So they could add something that taps into that same list, and let's you choose items from there for mog purposes only - without consuming *any* additional disk space.

:)
