The Next Spirit Beast

Ok, So I've had some of these finished for quiet some time now, but It's just doing the colour that kills me. It's more of a time thing but this week end is a long weekend for me so no excuses, it's time to choose, but now I just dont know which one.

They all have a story to go with them, but that will also be added to the one that is the most popular choice

Well naturally my vote goes to that magnificent Devilsaur, but WOW did those others ever turn out amazing!!! I'm just stunned at the details.

I voted for the wind serpent with the devilsaur a close second! They look amazing. the devilsaur looks so tough while the windserpent looks magical and the crab looks like hes been in the ocean for a long long time lol

The Wind Serpent is the best looking, imo.

But when applied to an actual game model... I'd have to go with the crab.

My lord, you are an amazing artist. It was a little tough to choose but I went with the Wind Serpent, as they have always been one of my favorite pets in the game. I've had at least one on every single hunter, so it would be awesome to see them get the SB touch.

Wow...Your work is always amazing and makes my jaw want to drop! They're all just stunning pieces of art and I just can't choose a single one at the moment.

Just wondering where that devilsaur would be (if you've decided that is) as some parts of it look like they're missing pieces of skin and almost diseased (like the wolves). An example of that similarity is obviously the spine, and maybe a bit on the face just above the teeth and on the knees. Just my opinion, that's one way I could see that masterpiece coming out.

It's kind of hard, but when I'm drawing them I already know what I what them to look like, even color wise, so they could end up looking quite different. But as for Goliathus, Veph already helped me out on him a while ago.

Goliathus may look a little "deformed/diseased" as some have noted, but that is due to the fact it is actually very very old, an ancient of its kind. Much older than any of the devilsaurs we know today.

Why so old? Because it was the first devilsaur, born when the elemental lords where waging wars. It lived in a very young Un’Goro crater at the time, but as the elements raged around it, it was only a matter of time before they did so in the crater. When they did, the earth split and erupted through the middle of the crater as fire plume ridge rose from its core. But as the earth was shifting, in other places it became brittle and gave out. Goliathus in the chaos managed to survive, only to fall deep into the crumbling terrain. So deep it was never seen again.

With the land once again churning with upheaval, its depths have released its forgotten past. Trapped in time within the cold dark earth, its body and spirit have evolved into a beast unlike any we have come to know. It now slowly walks the dark corners of the crater as it surges from the mist

Its strength unmatched, its guile unrelenting, its Spirit ... unleashed.

(p.s.) ( please don't /lorebishslap me if some of the story is not 100% accuarte to wow, it's about a makebelive SB devilsaur after all, <3 : D )

Anyways, I think I maybe sharing too much. It looks like Zephirinor may be up on the block 1st
