I don't know how many times I've played through Inqusition by now .. at least five times .. done Cullen,Solas,Blackwall,Dorian and most of Iron Bull and Cassandra's romances, Bull's is hilarious so far and Cassandra's suits her personality well .. the parts of it I've seen.

I almost don't want to play Alexandre since I don't want the game to end XD

It's taking me forever to finish Inquisition. Blargh! I keep bouncing from game to game to game. Anyway, I don't remember if I've already posted her or not, but I switched over to a dwarf before finishing my elf because I found my elf bland and boring. Jayza, my dwarf, is a lot more fun to play and I love her character! I just finished Blackwall's arc last night, and all I can say is WOW! I mean, I knew there was something going on, I just didn't know what. I couldn't be a hypocrite and fault him for things that I myself have done, and finding out his backstory actually made me like him way more, so I decided to let the romance continue. Before last night, I felt like he was just ANOTHER broody, boo-hoo, "manpain" guy. But now I understand him and I think it made him way more interesting and complex.

I've only got one crappy (and old) cell phone picture for now. I finally figured out how to take legitimate screen shots on XBox Live, but now I need to figure out how to view them on my PC so I can share them elsewhere.

Edit: she's an archer with the um...trap-thingy spec. I don't know or care if it's the best, but I think it's fun winging traps and poison everywhere. It started out a little meh, but it's gotten a lot more fun recently. Lots of crits, fast cooldowns, explosions, etc.

I did end up deleting the archer I made, because after 30 hours of gameplay it turned out that my dragonkeep save thingy hadn't been exported to Inquisition and I simply couldn't continue in a world that wasn't MY world. I also started wanting to play a mage again, so made Cordelia here and I'm probably about halfway through now? Not sure, but over 70 hours under my belt anyhow. I intended to romance Iron Bull, but the voice acting puts me off so badly. I HATE his voice and the way he pronounces words, ugh. It doesn't matter though because within moments of meeting Blackwall I knew who'd be my heart-throb, I am a complete and utter sucker for Lancashire/Yorkshire accents. *swoon*

Your new(ish) lady is purty, too! I've been trying to make a human but can't seem to make one that I like. I came close last night, but the voice just didn't suit her at all.

I have a second character lined up, an elven mage named Faeris. I've played her for a few hours, and she's much more aggressive than my last elf. I think that helps make her less dull though, and the voice seems to fit the face better. It's not the type of appearance I'd usually make (I typically opt for earthier colors), but I like how she turned out. I was trying to go for a somewhat albino look, but I had to be careful not to make her tats or makeup ultra-bright, since the character creator doesn't do a good job of showing the colors as they'll look in-game.



I also made a qunari male mage that I don't have any pics of at the moment. He's very similar to Jayza in personality (sarcastic, witty, etc.), which was unexpected as I meant for him to be serious and gruff. He just has this appearance that reminds me of one of those big guys that's all goofy and lovable even though they look like they could punch a hole through your face. I'll try to get a pic of him when I play him next.

Aaaand another character. I deleted the old female Trev that I made a while ago. Just wasn't feeling it with her. Maybe I don't like the human females, since I can't seem to stick with any of them? Anyway, I tried a dude this time and while I may take him to the Black Emporium for some minor tweaks, overall I like him a lot and it "clicked" with him pretty much instantly. Planning on going with a more anti-magic playthrough on this one.

Alessandra was first but since Carver annoy me to no end I figured she needed a more mature brother, one less of a spoiled brat with a chip on his shoulder, Bethany isn't bad but I find her abit too meek.

I did Champions of the Just on Duvall the other night. It's the first time I've chosen that side. I feel like the mage one was done better, since it involved your companions a lot more, but it wasn't bad.

I've tried a couple different hairstyles on him: shaved closer, longer with the ponytail, but none of them seem to fit. I was bothered that this bald spot type thing wraps around the head, but I think I've figured out what they were going for. It's like if you pull your hair up on the side, you can see the scalp underneath. It also kind of explains the lump of hair on top. I think they're going for a sort of faux hawk thing, but it didn't really come out all that great. Oh well. It's still my favorite on him, and any other hairstyle just makes him not look like...well, him.

I think he's giving Josephine "the eyes" here. I don't think Cassandra is really his type, but Josephine seems sweet and cute, so we'll see what happens.

I know Skyrim special edition is the new in game but I just haven't been able to bring myself to really play it since I have soo many mods on old skyrim and I'm too lazy to find them all again I decided to pop back into Inquisition while Star Trek online is down for maitinence and I was surprised to find how much I had actually forgotten about the game.
I popped on Marya Cadash who's in a relation with Bull and some of their exchanges are just golden, especially the scene were the advisors walk in on her and Bull after *ahem*

I really need to dust of some of my characters and finish their playthroughs.

I've been binge playing Inquisition again. Having a rough time in life at the moment, needed some Solas love. Turned on some trials to make it a little more challenging. I'm also trying to do EVERYONE's personal quests like I didn't do my first play through. I didn't bother talking to really anyone other than Solas, Iron Bull, and Dorian really. I really, REALLY, dislike Vivviene. Like, almost want to just ignore her because she just ticks me off. I can't even feel bad for her in her personal quest. Sorry, not sorry.

Doing Dorian's and flirting with him, despite knowing it won't go anywhere, made me really want to romance him... sooooo I deleted my Elf mage and remade her into a him. Put it on easy mode so I can breeze through for the romance mainly. It.. doesn't take long for things to.. heat up. Wow. Right after hitting Skyhold, I wasn't expecting that so soon. It's also really awkward playing a male character, romancing another man, all the while your mom is right behind you watching like... "wtf why are those two guys kissing.. and now getting in bed.. what in the hell is this game!?" It's like I'm watching soft porn in front of her.. lol.

Game looks sooooo good on my new card and 4k Ultra HD monitor. I'd show screenshots, but they're so huge I don't know where to upload them for sharing. Photobucket's max is 1024res... I'm now running 3840. Each screenshot is like 6-10mb a piece and I don't want to butcher the quality. The only one I do have I had to upload to a site you don't have an account for so you can't really go back to past files uploaded.

I can't stand Viv either .. for some god forsaken reason she was made divine in one of my playthroughs despite me doing everything I could think of to back Cassandra.
I don't really talk to her if I can help it.

I loved Solas's romance despite everything that happens,he's just such an interesting and multifaceted character.

Hehe I absolutely adore Dorian, he's always my inquisitors BFF exept for Leto who's his lover. Bull's romance is also alot of fun, I'm doing it with my dwarf archer, Marya Cadash.
Hehe I bet that was somewhat akward.

I had no idea Vivienne could become Divine. My first play through I pushed for Cassandra. While I don't hate Leliana like I do Viv, I dislike how quickly Leliana resorts to killing people even when I tell her not to. That was the main reason I didn't want her as Divine. That and I just felt Cassandra would be the best option. Personally I'd get rid of the Chantry all together, but that wasn't an option.

Solas was just so well written and his voice actor did an excellent job portraying the character. Atleast, that's how I feel. It's embarrassing to admit, but I honestly fell in love with him. He pulled on real emotions for me, ones I only feel for my boyfriend, and I honest to god fell in love with a fictional character because of how well he was done. He appealed to me in so many ways, and it was not hard for me to gain his approval by just picking answers that suited me, fit me, or just reflected what I would do. Very rarely did I get a disapproval notice from him. I think they only times I can remember was my dislike of the Orleasian Game during Wicked Eyes, Wicked Hearts where I commented "if I ever went back, it would be too soon" and then during Temple of Mythal, I chose to drink from the well because I didn't like Morrigan and didn't trust her. I also thought Solas would approve of it because it gave me knowledge of the Elvehn people, and he's all about asking questions and learning, "his" people, etc. Boy was I wrong. He got very mad at me for it. I did it for him, though.. I wish I could have told him that but it wasn't an option. =(

Dorian's romance is also a sad one. I really feel for him. I must be a sucker for "bad" romances, because from what I've read his isn't a "fairy tale ending" either. Oh well. He's now calling Fen "amatus" and it makes me giddy. He's so adorable.

Even though I said I wouldn't, I shrunk down two screenshots to show my two characters I'm currently bouncing between. They're still on the large side, but manageable and the quality didn't take too much of a hit.

Abelasana (Abelas means sorrow) + Solas


She looks a lot like my first play through Rogue/Assassin. This time she's Ranged.

Fen (Wolf) + Dorian


Fen is quite literally my female elf made male. Same hair, same eye tattoo, etc. Just changed all the facial stuff to make him appealing. He totally looks like he's about to kill someone in that picture though. I wish male elves noses weren't so damn big. No matter what I did it still looked really big and if I tried to go any smaller it looked unnatural/bad.

I'm able to turn scars on now with my new setup, so both have one. Abelasana tries to cover the worst of hers with her hair, which is why I chose that style for her. Fen, well.. it was the only hairstyle I liked on him and it works with the tattoo.

Both your characters look fantastic.

Yeah Dorian, Bull and Solas all have nicknames for your inquisitor if romanced, Solas occationally calls you Vhenan, Bull refers to you as Kadan and Dorian Amatus.
Dorian broke my heart almost as badly as another character during Tresspasser when during a random chat where he goes "I knew you'd break my heart you bastard!" in this choked tearfilled voice. I felt so bad.
I think Solas is my favourite romance beside Cullen who I've had a fangirl crush on ever since I met the shy, stuttering,mess of a young templar Cullen during the magi origin in DA:Origins. Bull and Dorian share second place.

I avoid Vivienne ever since I somehow managed to make her divine so on most playthroughs Leliana and occationally Cassandra become divine. And I agree about the chantry.
I feel you on Solas, I love him and agree with you on his voice actor.
His reasons for beeing angry about the well will be revealed soon enough

No worries, I know what happens. I've completed the romance once through already, just doing it again because I'm a gluten for punishment it seems. It's helping keep my mind off things, especially when I can't sleep.. like right now. My first time through I tried not to spoiler things too badly and I didn't use any influence of guides for my answers. All of my answers were mine, whether he disapproved or not.
