For those wondering, the Albino Buzzard minipet (mini-Zaricotl) is in Northern Barrens....I forget the exact spot...but there is a new daily pet battle there which is a troll lady named Crysa that uses 3 Vultures against you. Beat her for a goodie bag that can drop it.
