I know this is an oldish game but I started playing recently and I'm really enjoying it.

You can but not as Federation unless you unlock them unfortunately.
You can still play klingon as KDF.

Yeah the Intrepid class sience ship is like the third ship upgrade you get :) and Voyager is in the game along with several characters from the series.

Hehe well at least STO has a decent free to play version. Myself I splurged on a lifetime account and got access to some neat perks. among others liberated borg as a playable race for all factions.

Dravamu arriving in the Delta Quadrant escorted by none other than U.S.S Voyager and a couple of romulan ships.
