Retired Pets
For your list of retired pets, might I respectfully suggest adding the Stormwind Sewer Beast?
I had it for a long time on my Hunter, until they could be tamed easily (same look) in Netherstorm I believe it was and I dumped it.
I sure wish I never had. Anyway, it is just a white Crocolisk, but it was amazing to have one when no one else did lol.
It was a level 50 or so tame at the time.
If it is listed somewhere, and I simply overlooked it, please accept my apologies.
Also, I forgot to look, but does the list include pets that can still be tamed, but not with that exact look "in the wild?"
Perhaps adding a list for those would be appropriate. Just off the top of my head I remember the Worgen pet from WotLK that was definitely a challenge tame lol (I had one until Blizz turned it into a plain, white ugly wolf), the oil covered pets (same expac) and the Wolf from Eastern or Western Plaguelands, I forget which, that could be tamed with the sword in his head. I still have that pet on two hunters, btw, and yep, he still has his sword.
I can provide a screenie, if anyone is interested.
Also... this site rocks; thanks SO much and keep up the great work!

As far as I am aware, it still exists. I saw it about a month ago.

Welcome to the forums!!!!
Sewer beast is not retired. I just saw him on Nesingwary (live) day before yesterday.
And you can find a list of what's retired HERE on the Petopia website. It should be up to date.

Holy cow, you SAW him?!? In Stormwind?!? Now, I must have him again lol. It is SO rare to see him, I thought he was gone from the game! Now, how to go about finding him again, lol.zedxrgal wrote:Welcome to the forums!!!!

Re: Retired Pets
I saw him, sadly, right before being killed by a level 95. Just fly his spawn points. If you can check immediately after a maintenance /server restart.

Re: Retired Pets
Yeah. I've seen him as well. He's just uber rare because the moment he spawns, people slaughter him. In fact, he's my Shiva.
Come see Kurasu's stables!

Re: Retired Pets
In all my years playing WoW, I've never seen him alive or dead. I just assumed he was a myth.
