Just checked now, and she's been fixed (on the PTR)! No more vocalizations! Though the idle animation is still going off constantly.SpiritBinder wrote:A little bit of a Necro, but anyone with the new PTR able to check and see if Blahlathin is still it's super chatty self?

Yaaaas! Comparatively, I can live with the constant animation over the sound anydayVephriel wrote:Just checked now, and she's been fixed (on the PTR)! No more vocalizations! While I'm glad that it no longer makes so much noise, I'm not totally enthusiastic about this half hearted fix. The bug that makes Lalathin keep doing the idle animation (and thus the sounds) is what's plaguing the wolf hawk pets too. I would've rather seen them fix the core problem of the constant animation bug affecting the various members of the Feathermane family to fix both animations and sound, rather than just one. Now I'm a bit sad that likely they won't fix the real bug and thus wolfhawks will always be paranoid looking :/

Anyway to tame Lalathin without taking the portal? (don't have it unlocked) Saw where it was said, could jump down from Gul'dan's area. Still need to have the door opened though?
anyone with the portal/lock out that can help?

Are you horde or Alliance? I have a normal NH lockout totally cleared, and can assist H-side.

I'm on Alliance and I'd love if someone could offer me their lockout. I've been waiting awhile for the WQ to be back up!

Since I am no where near being 110 on my Undead hunter who if anyone may want this bird I am wondering after looking through the Feathermanes since getting my baby Netherbeak and how she walks with you on her claws does this one do the same or is it like the old ones and gryphons who fly near you but never land.

It's a little confusing with this family, but the old vanilla models of hippogryphs, such as Lalathin here, always fly at your side, whereas the newer model ones stand on the ground and run.Iowawolf wrote:Since I am no where near being 110 on my Undead hunter who if anyone may want this bird I am wondering after looking through the Feathermanes since getting my baby Netherbeak and how she walks with you on her claws does this one do the same or is it like the old ones and gryphons who fly near you but never land.
Flying: Grounded:
I actually wonder if it might be worth having separate model poses for the Petopia images to have the grounded ones standing on their feet instead of in the air to better reflect this?

Apologies, I got it wrong and the quest IS showing up for Oceanic Sorry
And I like the idea of depicting the new-model Hippogryphs as standing. I'll get to it later. Thanks for the idea
