its listed as not found on a tameable beast but i found it in the same location as the Argus Darkray. They were both flying overhead in Korkuun. I will try to locate another to get its exact name but here is an image.
edit: wish i wouldve realized it was marked as not being on a tameable beast... i would have paid more attention to its name

Um wow. Good work I wonder if these were hotfixed in at the last minute (which would be unexpected). If so, we may see other colours somewhere too. Or maybe they were in the last patch and we just missed them.

Awesome. Thanks! So it looks like it's a colour variant of the existing NPC, but with a lower frequency. We better keep an eye out for others that may have low frequency colour variants too.

Actually it doesn't seem too rare, at least on my server. I think they really must have added that colour at the last second.
