I assume we can go ahead and buy virtual tickets, because I just saw the horde one in nuDal.

These are awesome! I love the Horde one! :D

I think they're 2-seaters as well? I'm definitely picking up a ticket this year since it'll be an exciting BlizzCon (new expansion news for sure!)

Yup, we can purchase the tickets now and yes they are 2 seaters

The Horde one is Orgrimmar Interceptor, while the Alliance is Stormwind Skychaser.

And the /mountspecial is wicked cool!

Just curious how many buy this stuff and actually watch it I have seen these things while running around killing stuff and got me thinking that many buy this ticket just for two mounts which to me at least is a waste of money. Not trying to be disrespectful to those that buy them but do you even watch this Blizzcon?

Yes because I'm not rich enough to go to the U.S to the real thing. I live in Southeast Asia.

I do every year! Going to the Con physically is a bit out of my reach so buying the tickets lets me experience it from home. :) I've always enjoyed watching the panels live, especially when it's a good year for announcements.

I got my first one last year because of the Bastion skin. I've not looked to see what stuff we get this year but I'm sure to get it this year.

It's really good for people like me who live on the other side of the world.

*shrug*

I don't care.
I don't care for most of the stuff that happens during Blizzcon.
I don't care for PvP discussion.
I don't care at all for "competitive" gaming.
I don't care for info about all the other games, since WoW is the only one I play.
I don't care for the cosplay, it's simply not my thing.

I MIGHT watch some panels if they discuss upcoming expansions.

Otherwise, it's a really cool mount and I don't mind spending a bit of money on my one real pleasure in life: WoW.
And I don't care to be judged while doing it.

A bit of palindromic wisdom:
"Step on no pets!"
Casual player.. don't raid, don't PvP. Suffer from extreme altitis
I love pets - combat or non.
<That Kind of Orc> guild on The Scryers, small, casual LGBT and friends guild, join us Horde-side.

Well, we do get a discount if the goodie bag is your thing. The stream is nice, I can't make it to blizzcon. Plus, there's often a pet.

My first virtual ticket, I just wanted the virtual goodies and wasn't able to watch the stream (I actually got the code late and the replay is only available for 2 weeks after event).

After that I made sure to get my tickets before the event, again, mainly for the virtual goodies, but I figured since the ticket was purchased I might as well watch some of it. I ended up getting hooked on arenas (go figure) and ever since then have watched the arena and Hearthstone championships at each Blizzcon. Both those streams are now free but that just means I have other parts of the program I can watch if I so choose.

Pretty sure we're getting the two mounts instead of a pet.

We will probably get more virtual things as the week progress. For example we might get a Starcraft portrait next week, an Overwatch skin the week after next, and then a HOTS mount etc, and maybe a murloc pet as in tradition as the date closes in, but that's just my understanding of the situation.

I'll admit I assumed these mounts were the replacement for the minipet this year as well, but if we get one of those too you can count me as pleasantly surprised. :)

From watching that video, I think at at 0.30 shows that we might get more things because the video indicates bonus in-game items for all Blizzard games, but I might be wrong here.
