Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
Aye, it has mostly been Eagles and Owls. It is very nice to have more variety
Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
Yeah, they look good.Vephriel wrote:Oh there's a ton of new hawk/falcon skins now over on MMO-C! Ahhhh I'm so happy, I've been bored of the plain eagle model for a long time though, I've always wanted birds with more patterns in their feathers like true hawks.
There's also more crab skins on that same page.

I'm loving all these new and updated models... But...
I NEED THE KOMODO DRAGONS. NOW

NEW SIGNATURE PENDING... SOON.

Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
With all the cute critter/young versions of creatures added, I'm surprised there's no young pterodactyl (yet?)
Especially if they're meant to be Battle for Azeroth's Cloud Serpent equivalent!

Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
The new cobras are so nice looking, but I wish they'd made their heads smaller. As large as they are it makes their body lengths look awkwardly short and stunted.
Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
I do agree with that. Something was irking me, in that they felt so short, and that must be it.Vephriel wrote:The new cobras are so nice looking, but I wish they'd made their heads smaller. As large as they are it makes their body lengths look awkwardly short and stunted.

Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
@Qraljar There may or may not be. Netherwing didn't have a whelpling that you had to take care of, and the only Netherwing whelplings are the CE pet and, I believe, a few in eastern Netherstorm that aren't tied to the faction. But then we have the Cloud Serpents which had hatchlings and we had to take care of them. So it could go either way.
@Veph You know, I thought there was something off about them, and I think that is what it was.

Yes. This.Vephriel wrote:The new cobras are so nice looking, but I wish they'd made their heads smaller. As large as they are it makes their body lengths look awkwardly short and stunted.
Either that or just make them longer. IRL cobras are loooooooong.

Mostly, I just think baby Pteros would look great, haha.Valnaaros wrote:@Qraljar There may or may not be. Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
Komodos have two unique variants. One is a white and teal variant with barnacles attached to it, and the other is one made out of stone.

Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
I'm giddy over how many colour variants we're getting for the komodo dragons. I'm also very curious, I wonder why they have that many? Either way, I'm not complaining.

I just hope they all make it in to the game... I mean talbuks have a ton of variants as well.

They probably will span every zone on Kul Tiras and Zandalar, not just the desert.

Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
I hope the rock one is tameable. Really unique and cool looking!
Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
O-oh.
Haha.
Those trilobites come in quite a few colors!
Those Snake Eels look great! Hope they're tameable.
Heads up, MMO-Champion just updated its frontpage with a few more models.

Re: Battle for Azeroth creatures
I have to say, the Zebra update doesn't really have the same build as a Zebra.
