I mean, if we can tame killer bunnies, it would just be cruel to exclude pythons as well.

I think that variation of the Grand Gryphon has been in since MoP but was never used.

I can confirm that's a brand new skin. There are several new colours, all variants on white and grey, and I'll get them up today. Now I have wmv working I'm about half done with images for Petopia :)

Oh! I swore there were unused variants. Either way, it'll be great to see different colors around :)

Can't wait, Wain! Thanks for all of the hard work :D

There are a few colour variants on things that I didn't see initially reported on the major sites but I've lost track and no longer know if people know about them or not :/. It sucks that I was forced to delay getting images. I'll get up everything I can today, anyway.

I'd say post it anyway! Well, I guess you'd do so anyway, just so you have Petopia preview pictures for them.

Take your time!

There are also model geoset variants, but I don't know if they're going to be used, and if so, how. For example, that new bird of prey model has optional geosets that give it a bigger head and tail; and the gorilla's beard can be switched on and off like the yeti's. I'm taking pics of all the variants, anyway.

It could be like the Argus talbums and their horns, though the beards are iconic for WoW gorillas and the only reasom I can think of why they would give the birds a bigger head and tail would be for somesort of baby model.

Hmh, curious. The new Yeti model has that kinda thing going on too, having different horn styles, I think.

A new build is being pushed into the Alpha. Contains models for Vulture and Albatross mounts :DImage

The red vulture is my personal favorite :)
And those are definately intended to be Albatross. The icon name calls them such.

Excuse the rushed image, but I am getting more hopeful they can make a proper high res Zaricotl. If they just change the wings, beak, and give it that manic red eye. For me, the crazed red eye was such an iconic part of Cataclysm Zaricotl. He'd seen some sh*t man....

Image

Edit: I just saw this too, so it looks like they are close if they can just tweak this and add that.

New Tomb Stalker mount. Possibly could lead to there being undead Ravasaurs for us to tame Image

Now an undead Ravasaur, as a pet or a mount, is something I can definitely get behind. I'm loving that colouration :D

I'm finally getting close to done with the Battle for Azeroth creature images.

Many of them will already appear on their relevant family pages, but I haven't created a consolidated page for them yet.

There's also a bunch of things that may or may not end up tameable and don't necessarily belong in any existing family, so I've added them to a special page:
