Yes, the cloaks we have are more like table runners than cloaks. Although a proper cloak would create all sorts of messy clipping and conflicts with armour sets.

And our table runners already clip terribly on some races with some kinds of weapons/hairstyles/mounts! >_<

Tell me about it, I play a Troll. With the Troll's hunched posture and the cape that floats just above the back, any polearms I carry look like they're impaled through my spine like a safety pin.

I can't get myself to show cloaks on the draenei... The stupid tail making them stand out straight, always clipping on mounts, weapons going straight through them..
