I think it's the broom handle stick out of him and all the snapped fishing line that makes him fly. A Hallow's End broom gone awry? Methinks so.

TT_TT Poor shark! He's got only 1 tooth, and he's been cut and stabbed and must be in such pain, he didn't wantto attack you, he wanted you to help him! Oooh the poor shark! Nasty hunters allowing him to suffer so TT_TT

I wonder if you could kite him to Stormwind if you landed? That way you could shoot him with whatever that taunting arrow is.
