Spent week in Oregon with my girlfriend last week while there talked to the hiring manager at the Safeway there in Grants Pass and they seem like they want to bring me on board so tomorrow going to my Safeway and talk to my main manager and get the transfer started. Soon my girlfriend and I will be together again I so can't wait to hold her again to kiss her to show her how much I love her...Oregon here I come...

I'm totally digging Story of Seasons. My yarn swap buddy loved the yarn I picked out (and as a bonus, the company donates part of the proceeds from that yarn to the Best Friends peeps who help critters).

Is it okay for me to post a happy? Well I have this friend in NY and we've become like sisters or bro-sisters. She's been the bright light in my life and its really uncanny how much we are alike in some way. Now for the even happier. After a crisis in my family my bro-sis started sending us gift cards for food since at the time we where in a pretty bad place. (Wont say much more since this is a happy thread! Happy should stay happy!) I told her there was no way I could repay her but she did it anyways like the angel she was. Then she started adding care packages for my cats and myself. (she likes to call us fur mamas since we have fur babies) The first one was snickerdoodles, energy drinks, dog and cat treats. Today came anther package filled with EVEN more cat treats more drinks (coffee flavored yay!) home made brownies and a cache of stones since I liked collecting minerals. One is a quartz owl which is super cute.

The occasion for this? It was her birthday on the 23rd of April and she wanted me to enjoy it with her in some way or anther. I did make/send her a birthday gift but it doesn't seem all that much compared to what she already sent me. I mailed her a paper cut out glued to hard card bored so it could stand up on her computer. I plan to send her a shoes box full of every dinosaur though.

I just wanna hug this girl. Shes made me so happy these past few months I don't know what I would do without her.

I know my friend who was in Nepal is safe as she's on the front of the newspaper! So that's good.

Going to sound really superficial but...the "friend" i didn't want to deal with this weekend can't go to the event now...woohoo!!! Means I don't have to have a ring shoved in my face or pretend to be super happy for her. Yeah i'm a horrible person, whatever!

That's not being a horrible friend. o.o If anything, THEY were the horrible friend and I won't lie, if they did that on my honeymoon, I would ditch them as a friend entirely.

After almost 7 years, I've finally acquired Thori'dal! ;u;

I'm so happy, the only other time I saw it drop was when I was the only hunter in the raid group and a PALADIN took it. I've been bitter every since, especially as it would not drop for me again. It also dropped for my male hunter which I'm pleased about since it fits him much better than Veph! I'm just thrilled to finally own it. ♥

Congratulations! I'm still of the opinion that Thor'idal doesn't actually exist in any universe in which my characters exist. Weekend before last, I saw two guildmates announce that they got it when farming old raids, then on another server, someone else got it. None of 'em hunters, of course,

I discovered the anime K-on! recently and man it's good. It was also a happy coincidence that when we went to Japan we stayed near the school they used in K-on. We didn't get to go see it but apparently they have the club room set up just like in the anime!! Small things make me happy ^.^

yes K-on! is pretty good. I may or may not have all the Figmas......
