I know I'm only a few random achievements shy of the violet protrodrake. I'll get it eventually. I've pretty much given up on the green protodrake. Over a year of buying those eggs, one a week, and nothing but pets and yolk. =P

Best mount achievement tho? THE TURTLE!! Almost a month of fishing and I got a cute widdle turtle.

TURTLE!!!!! I've actually started fishing for him on and off again.

And thanks in part to this thread, I've started running around picking up mounts I've missed. I'm actually at 80 right now, with a few netherdrakes and nether rays left to pick up. Ugh, tourney dailies again. -_- At least I have all of the cheap ones down.

yeah i found that you can nearlly get 100 from just mounts you can buy alone.

Oh this might help you it sure helped me. AQ40 I got my 100th mount from there I'm sure theres a guide somewhere on this fourm about soloing the mobs till the first boss its easy for an 80 and theres a nice drop rate for 3 of the bug mounts.

Already have those three. I did a bit of solo farming for the red one a while back, but got annoyed with how slow it was. Thanks though!

No prob mate i do enjoy helping others get mounts. I'm knowen as my guides crazy mount lady.

Yea I'm the crazy cat lady in my guild (I have 4 cats irl) that collects hunter pets, vanity pets and mounts lol

And they think I'm crazy, or stupid, or call it pointless....

to each their own, they enjoy raiding/pvp/trolling/trashtalking, I enjoy collecting mounts and pets

I FINALLY got my Razzashi raptor today!!! *dances* I love my friend, he passed it to me :3

I finally got 100 mounts! Man that was hard. The blue dragon hawk is a lot bigger than I thought,but for all that work he doesn't feel like a just reward although he does rock. Then again maybe nothing short of money shooting out of the pc would feel good enough after all that.

Only took me 11 since they added kill tracking/achievements, though I farmed a bit before that as well.

Three solo kills for Anzu on my then-feral druid.

Damn, I have to go try that when I get home and see if I get any of this luck.

I gave up on Anzu after about ten tries. I don't have the gear to solo him and can't find someone willing to farm it with me every day. And, I wanted it on my druid which I don't play much more anyway. Now, the ZG raptor is a different story. I don't think I could solo that one either, though.

Yeah theres a good ZG soloing guide on this site and its pretty easy to do if you are a 80 whos gear well and thats pretty easy to be nowadays
