im sure the developer didnt mean that all these new things where the thing we would be stoked to tame. i think hes talking about something that is being implemented in a later build of the PTR patch! after all we still havent seen hide nor tail of a new spirit beast yet!

We don't know that one way or another. The dev could have meant ALL THE THINGS we're finding. I mean, there are a LOT of them. There's bound to be something that interests everyone at this point.

I'm also hoping, that with Sunwing being armored -- we could possibly get an armored (mount) silithid rare pet. That would be cool.

The suspense.. it's killing me! Want to know what new Pandaria rares, if any, we are getting. I was spam F5ing this forum the first night PTR was up, but gave up once I saw there were issues logging in and getting to Pandaria.

And they tease us... *shakes fist* (but seriously, thanks for the hunter love when it comes to pets!)

I want a Xuen look-a-like so bad. He'd be my new favorite, and I'd feel bad for Malachovian(Loque). He's already been somewhat replaced by Baeyel(Savage) because he is so purdy. I'm trying to cycle my cats around so they all get some loving.

I'm not sure about that. I'm actually not enthused about any of them. I hate bugs, flying pets, and ravagers and don't like the hunched cats and have always found the green striped model to be hideous. I've also had it with spectral models.

Well, there are still a lot more discoveries out there to be made.

My only issue is the word "everyone"

Personally I find any pet that doesn't give a useful damage increasing buff to be useless. Currently we can get crit or mastery so that leaves me with cats, Quilen, wolves,and spirit beasts. I really don't care about anything else.

Having said that , I'm aware that a lot of other people like more variety so they should be happy with all these additions. I'm just waiting for the new spirit beast or two. I want that Xuen model badly but not spectral.

I'd be happy with translucent Xuen if it meant we got him, if that was what it took to keep it different enough from the monk's summon. Granted, I like the solid one much better.

I like Xuen as much as anyone but I also fall into the 'too damn many cat SBs' camp.

I'd FAR rather see an SB using the skeledog model from Firelands, or the God-Crane, since that also uses that really amazing looking 'fiery edges' characteristic as the skeledogs (and a lot of the gear) did.

I would love to see a tamable version of Alliance armored mount, an armored cat to be exact since the other mounts don't belong to any tamable family, except for Dragon Turtles which actually belong to both factions.

Would be awesome also to be able to tame an armored green pandarian tiger..

sorry to be a downer but you will never see this bug in the game because its not really a skin its just a shadow/light map layed on the model and it would not look good at all in movement or in game.
