Need help choosing a mini-pet for my druid

Unread post by Hisae »

Hey everyone. Solarii here!
I haven't posted anything in a while and I've become quite fond of the new druid I have made. Her name is Lunaryn, she a level 23 feral cat druid. She hangs around the cities in either elven form with her saber companion, Selene or in cat/travel forms. She is very lonely since she travels alot on her own. Anyway, I want to get her a companion and I just can't decide! I will post a pic or two of her in elven form and her cat form. ^^ I would appreciate some suggestions!

Here she is in cat form!

Well I suggest one of the following - Panther Cub, Winterspring Cub, or Cenarion Hatchling. :3

if your willing to spend your many long days hoping RNG will be kind to you, you can farm for a Sprite Darter hatchling, the highest drop rate for ally is off the enforcers right outside Dire Maul, they're black ogres, i have been killing the enforcers, mages, and hyenas for a few days now but RNG doesnt like me.. you may have better luck if you try for it

Thats another good one though I think Alliance only had to do the questline.

the quest line was removed and horde can get it off the sprites themselves, its a 0.6% off sprites (horde only) and 0.4% for alliance if they focus on the enforcers at dire maul. the drop rate has been severely dropped as well, it took me 38 kills on horde and i was doing a quest for metallic shards which is why i was farming them and it was before cata, now it takes most hordies on same faeries anywhere from a few kills to a few thousand, ive read comments where ppl have killed almost 10 thousand faeries but i dont know if thats true (it makes it harder now for us ally cause the faeries have the higher drop rate)

If you're open to spending real money at the Blizzard store, then I would suggest the little Moonkin hatchling! I think it's precious for any druid, and the Alliance 'kins especially have a beautiful night elf coloration :D

The Darnassus minipet from the tournament was always a druid favourite of mine. Back when we had permanent tree form I loved lugging him around for obvious reasons, but even now I find it's a nice little "I keep Darnasssus in my heart" type minipet. :)

For a cheapie - personally I love the black cat, or even the white kitten :D More expensive would be the black tabby which I think would be a nice match too < 3
