Moonshadow's Tameable? ('Already Controlled' Error)
This elven NPC in the Stonetalon mountains has a Nightsaber pet which originally wasn't tameable... but is now, for those who don't feel like journeying to Darkshore:
Note: that is the basic non-sabre model.
And yes, the tame is a Horde-only.

Re: Moonshadow's Tameable! (Old Skin, Old Model)
I've actually just gone to conform this....and it still said "Creature is controlled".
I'm not sure if this is to change later in the build, but as of this moment, she is not tameable

*nod* If I'm remembering correctly Moonshadow always came up as tameable, but wasn't technically due to the controlled message.

Awwww. Thanks for testing! That's one I can't test due to being Alliance. I just noticed it read 'tameable'.

@Xakaal; Sadly no. I tried taming him out of the blue, then killing the humanoid NPC, and then trying to tame him. Nada.

Bleh.. lol well, stonetalon isnt far from darkshore so i guess it doesnt hurt to run out there instead, specially with Shadowclaw for those after a saber model
now if only they'll reskin the moonsaber onto a saber model....

Re: Moonshadow's Tameable? ('Already Controlled' Error)
Moonshadow is already controlled. Look closer, "<Huntress Davinia's Pet>" it is saying that another hunter already controls that beast and you cannot take the beast away. Even if you attempt to kill the master. All beasts that are tamed are "Tameable" but cant because they are already tamed. That is like saying going into PVP and its okay to tame another hunters pet.
“Marines I see as two breeds, Rottweilers or Dobermans, because Marines come in two varieties, big and mean, or skinny and mean. They're aggressive on the attack and tenacious on defense. They've got really short hair and they always go for the throat.”
― R. Adm. Jay Stark
Re: Moonshadow's Tameable? ('Already Controlled' Error)
Yes, I do believe that we've reached that conclusion. Also, what's with your rude attitude against your fellow Petopians? Just because previous "tameable" mobs that were an NPC's pet were unable to be tamed doesn't mean that maybe Blizzard changed things up. That's the entire point of Petopia, for hunters to experiment with tames and discuss pets. Not get insulted by a fellow hunter...

Pro tip: If you're going to call someone out for a bad attitude, it helps for your post to have less attitude than theirs.
