Darkmoon Items Still Drop

In a bout of curiosity, I did a quick farming run to test it out.

The Darkmoon quest items... or at least the Glowing Scorpid Blood (haven't tested the others yet; will work on that).... still drop. They are still white items, as opposed to greys. However, as far as I have been able to find, there are no quests for them. Of course, Kura is already Honored, so that may have something to do with it.

I'm going to hop on my neutral-with-Darkmoon character and see if I can find something different, quest-wise. I don't *think* so, though.

Had a wander with the Hordie, who's completely neutral to Darkmoon. No new quests, no sign of turnins. Unless one of the 'monthlies' asks for them (which *is* a possibility! ... though not a big one), I'd say they're essentially white vendor trash now.

I suspect that it's more 'oversight' than it is actual 'maybe they'll be useful again'. There *might* be something for them, but I wouldn't hold your breath. I expect that they'll just be made grey in the future, or the dropping ability will be removed altogether. Or both!

Also, after testing, yes. Bear Pelts and Furry Paws also still drop. I didn't check bat eyes or plumes, but I can't see any reason they wouldn't drop as well.
